Abstract/Summary:
The traditional public cultural service supply,which has been increasingly challenging to satisfy the demands of development,is closely linked to the social services of modern government.This is especially evident in the context of "Internet Plus",where numerous issues must be addressed.As a representative and distinctive group organization in Shanghai,there are many problems worth studying and improving in the supply of public cultural services by Shanghai Federation of Literal and Art Circles.Exploring the potential of the "Internet Plus" environment to enhance public cultural services,and how to capitalize on the rewards,has become a critical area of study.Enhancing research into the development of new methods for providing public cultural services has become a priority.Therefore,with the smooth expression of the demand side of public cultural services as the driving factor,and through the deep integration of the "Internet Plus" we aim at rapid and precise docking.Group organizations have the chance and challenge to take part in public cultural service supply by utilizing long‐distance interactive communication,real‐time sharing,and co‐construction to enhance satisfaction.As a case study,this research investigates the Shanghai Federation of Literal and Art Circles’ provision of public cultural services in the context of Internet Plus,utilizing both the multi‐center governance theory and the public service equalization theory.This paper delves into the issues concerning the provision of public cultural services by Shanghai Federation of Literary Arts and Circles,in light of "Internet Plus",through a combination of literature research,questionnaire surveys and interviews.It draws upon the most sophisticated ideas and practices to elucidate the present state of affairs.Countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the provision of public cultural services in the face of "Internet Plus" are proposed in this paper,both domestically and internationally.This paper’s examination of the Shanghai Federation of Literal and Art Circles’ public cultural service supply issue,taking into account "Internet Plus",has revealed that the quality of the public cultural service supply is not satisfactory,and there is a lack of public involvement in the "Internet Plus" public cultural services.is insufficient,and there is a lack of "Internet Plus" public cultural service linkage among diverse subjects,and there is insufficient awareness of independent innovation in "Internet Plus" public cultural services and there are some problems in the supply of public cultural services such as non‐equalization.Summarizing the primary causes,inadequate assurance of money allocated to public cultural services,inadequate professional quality of the "Internet Plus" public cultural service personnel,inadequate coordination of the "Internet Plus" public cultural service supply,and inadequate focus on the "Internet Plus" public cultural service supply ‐these are the main ones.Proposals to bolster the assurance of funds for the provision of "Internet Plus" public cultural services,bolster the formation of a digital talent team for such services,and alter our outlook on creativity in the Internet‐based delivery of public cultural services,as well as enhance the quality of the content of these services,are the countermeasures and suggestions proposed.Through the Internet,and build a multi‐subject participation model for the provision of public cultural services through the Internet,to improve the "Internet Plus" public cultural services supply equalization level.
