The study of Chinese seals is not only an indispensable part of the research on the collections of collectors,but also an important basis for the textual research of calligraphy and painting works.Song Luo,whose surname is Muzhong,also known as Mantang and Xipo,is also known as Mianjin Shanren.Song Luo is very good at calligraphy and painting and appreciation,and is quite accomplished in literature.He wrote the Xipi Draft and Mantang Calligraphy and Postscript.Throughout his life,he has been engaged in the appreciation and collection activities for nearly 60 years.Through his hands and his purpose,he has countless calligraphy and painting.He also became one of the most praised collectors in the appreciation circle of the early Qing Dynasty after Sun Chengze and Liang Qingbiao.Therefore,it is necessary to study its seal.The seal of Song Luo is relatively complex in calligraphy and painting works.At present,most of the academic circles focus on the life,literature and collection of Song Luo.As for the seals,only a simple summary of the seals that have appeared in calligraphy and painting works can be seen.The author sorted out and distinguished the seal seals of Song Luo appearing in museums and auctions,summed up their seal style and ring&stamping rule,and tried to preliminarily establish a standard seal system of Song Luo.After sorting out and analyzing the seal of Song Luo,we have a further understanding of the law and style characteristics of the seal of Song Luo,which lays a foundation for us to know the history of the appraisal and collection of an era and distinguish the authenticity of art works in the market through the seal of Song Luo. |
