Bela Viktor János Bartók was a great Hungarian composer, pianist, and ethnomusicologist in the 20 th century.Throughout his life,he has been committed to protecting and inheriting Hungarian folk music, relying on current composition techniques and using Hungarian folk music elements to create a large number of excellent music works, enabling the world to listen to Hungarian folk music. The year1926 was a bumper year for Bartok’s piano works in his music creation, and a large number of immortal piano works were born in this year, including his only "Piano Sonata".At this time,Bartok had formed a distinctive personal style of music language that was completely different from Romanticism, that is,it integrated the elements of ancient folk music, reflected the grand and broad national consciousness, and also included the variety and individuality of modern music. This "Piano Sonata" is Bartok’s representative work with mature creative style.Starting from Bartok’s personal life and historical background, this paper will systematically comb out the transformation process of Bartok’s creation from the early Romanticism to the middle stage with both originalism and neo-nationalism,and then to the integration of the previous two styles in the late stage, especially through the study and analysis of Bartok’s mature late work Piano Sonata.Comprehensively grasp its distinctive characteristics in folk music melody, rhythm, tonality, unique folk color and harmony, and hope to explore the creative characteristics analysis with a certain theoretical level that can provide positive help for individual players or relevant researchers from a new perspective. On this basis, this paper further conducts a comprehensive exploration and study of Bartok’s Piano Sonata performance interpretation from the unique perspective of symphonic "band thinking",and summarizes relevant research ideas and methodological key points,in order to provide valuable references for subsequent researchers and interpret this work for relevant players...
