Based on the present documents and information,the study stands on the shoulder of what domestic and foreign related researches have achieved.It manages to research the present situation of English classroom teaching management in primary school.In this study,it further explores the affecting factors of English classroom teaching management in primary school.It explores the strategies for improving the English classroom teaching management in primary school.To promote the professional development of English teachers in classroom teaching management in primary school.It provides reference and enlightenment for the implementation and all-round development of students’ core literacy.The survey of the thesis mainly bases on questionnaires and partly on interviews.Through the questionnaires,we find that the present situation of English classroom teaching management in primary school.Through interviews,we deeply know that the existing problems of English classroom teaching management in primary school.Through sorting out and analyzing the results of survey,it mainly draws the following conclusions: first,the English classroom teaching management in primary school is generally good,but there are some common problems.The psychological atmosphere is insufficient,and there is a large room for improvement.The teaching activities are not attractive enough,and the classroom activity is not high.The goal of classroom teaching management is single,and the management method is improper.English classroom "teaching-learning-evaluation" is differentiated,and the evaluation method is single.Second,the influencing factors of the improvement of English classroom teaching management in primary school can be divided into two categories.The factors of teachers are mainly reflected in the following aspects:teachers lack the awareness of creating psychological atmosphere,teaching methods are not rich and diverse,the teaching content is not enough life,the understanding of teaching management is vague,and the classroom teaching management ability is not high.The factors of students are mainly reflected in the following aspects: some students have an enhanced sense of autonomy,and appear to act on their own,or even refuse to obey the supervision of the phenomenon,there are limited intentional attention,students’ individual curiosity is very different,and there is a certain degree of conformity psychology and so on.Based on the survey results,this study designed the following five improvement strategies for the problems of primary school English classroom teaching management: first,establish a comprehensive view of teaching management,clear classroom teaching management objectives;second,creating a relaxed and harmonious psychological atmosphere to enhance students’ interest and fun in learning;third,implement the whole teaching of the unit,enrich the classroom activities and enhance the attractiveness of the classroom;fourth,adopt appropriate management methods based on the characteristics of primary school;fifth,pay attention to the integration of teaching,learning and evaluation,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching management. |
