Research On Pu Xinyu’s Painting Art Market

As a master of modern Chinese painting,Pu Xinyu has attained a high artistic position and his works possess great artistic value.However,for various reasons,his market value has not been fully manifested in the recent past.This article focuses on the market of Pu Xinyu’s paintings,first sorting out and summarizing the artistic value of his works.Then,using the staging method,the development of his painting market is divided into three stages: the prosperous period,the stagnant period,and the recovery period,with an analysis of the causes of each developmental stage.On this basis,the author further analyzed the auction data of Pu Xinyu’s works from different creative periods and different painting themes.Finally,predictions about the future direction of his art market are made and relevant suggestions are given to promote the positive development of his painting market.
