Research On Liu Yuxi Bai Juyi’s Complimentary Singing And Poetry

Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi are famous poets in the Tang Dynasty and have an important position in the history of literature.Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi were born in the same year.They had similar official experience,similar interests and deep friendship.Before they met in Yangzhou,they had already had a romantic relationship.According to the existing data,the earliest poems between them were written in Yuanhe 5 years(810).It is estimated that the exchange between them lasted at least 32 years.According to Bai Juyi’s official career,Liu Bai’s more than 30 years of free singing and singing can be roughly divided into three stages :release to Suzhou and Hangzhou,re-entry to Chang’an,and later residence in Luoyang.Between Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi,more than two hundred poems were created.Both of them have compiled their poems into a book.Therefore,the compilation and dispersion of " Liu Bai’s singing and collection " are also worth noting.Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi lived in the turbulent and chaotic era of the Middle Tang Dynasty.Both of their ideals and aspirations have suffered a heavy blow from the reality.At the same time,the political turmoil and the changes in the officialdom have also affected and implicated their official careers.Therefore,the content of Liu and Bai’s compliments has also changed.According to the theme content of the poems,more than two hundred poems created by Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi can be roughly divided into four categories,namely : remembering and expressing feelings,writing scenery and chanting things,banquet and entertainment,and chanting Buddhism.In-depth study of Liu Bai’s more than two hundred poems can be found that there are some differences in the ideological realm between Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi.Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi have different thoughts and views on life,society and the world,which makes them have different attitudes in the face of political,religious,life and death.Generally speaking,Liu Yuxi’s life attitude is optimistic and accessible,while Bai Juyi’s life attitude is negative and low.Liu Yuxi and Bai Juyi’s poems last for a long time,and there are a considerable number of poems.In addition,they have explored and innovated the genre,theme and content of the poems,which has a profound impact on the poems themselves,Liu and Bai’s life and creation,and the poems of contemporary and future generations.
