The Paper Discusses The Changes Of Cutting Tools In The Process Of Seal Cutting Development

This paper focuses on the overall influence of the changes in the shape and system of literati seal cutting tools on the art of seal cutting,and tries to reveal the development of the art of seal cutting under the two-way interaction by combing the evolution history of stone printing materials and the history of cutting tools under the background of the development of literati seal cutting.On the basis of combing the literature describing the characteristics of seal cutting tools in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,combined with the production of seal cutting tools and cutting tools of different materials,the author further analyzed the seal cutting style under the influence of seal cutting tools since Ming and Qing Dynasties.In addition,the author will further expand the research vision,and consider the influence of the development and change of material in the new era on the development of seal cutting tools and seal cutting art.To sum up,this paper takes the seal cutting tool as the logical clue,and expounds its significance to the development of seal cutting art on the basis of longitudinal carding and horizontal comparison.
