Study On The Rhetoric Of WeChat Public Platform Narrow Sense News Headlines

The paper news can hardly meet people’s spiritual needs in today’s fast-paced era,and the Internet media,represented by We Chat public Platform,has become an important platform for news dissemination.At present,there are relatively few studies on the language of We Chat public Platform narrow sense news headlines,especially on the rhetorical perspective,which is particularly weak.This paper takes Chen Wangdao’s rhetorical theory as the basis and We Chat public Platform narrow sense news headlines as the object for rhetorical research.On the basis of exploring the communication characteristics of We Chat public Platform narrow sense news and the language characteristics of We Chat public Platform narrow sense news headlines,we explore the role of rhetoric on We Chat public Platform narrow sense news headlines from two aspects: "positive rhetoric" and "negative rhetoric".In terms of "positive rhetoric",the usage of rhetorical patterns in the narrow sense news headlines of We Chat public Platform is slightly different from that of traditional headlines,such as the nature and color of the words chosen and the content of the quotation,etc.In terms of "negative rhetoric",the choice of novel words and sentences fully exploits the role of rhetoric in We Chat public Platform.The rhetorical features of We Chat narrow sense news headlines are fully utilized,which can effectively attract readers’ attention and make them focus on the information to be conveyed.For example,in terms of emotionality,the use of adjectives and one-word sentences reflects the subjectivity of the narrow sense news headline editor;in terms of purpose,the use of number words and omitted sentences,AB sentences attract readers’ attention and lead them to read deeply.The rhetorical differences and causes of the narrow sense news headlines of the same narrow sense news,on different nature of We Chat public numbers are launched to analyze the reasons for the differences,mainly from four aspects: subjectivity,focus,purpose,and audience groups of different narrow sense news media.The role of rhetoric on the narrow sense news headlines on We Chat Public can be expressed through the choice of vocabulary and sentence type,which has the effect of promoting the dissemination of news and enhancing the social opinion guiding role of news.
