Exploration Practice And Research Of 3D Restoration Of Anchiornis Huxleyi Shape Based On Artistic Imagination

Anchiornis huxleyi is an important part of the Yanliao biosphere and one of the most important objects of research in paleontology from the 20 th to the 21 st century.As a dinosaur that survived earlier than Archaeopteryx,the excavation of the Near Ornithischian supported the idea that birds were related to dinosaur evolution,and also promoted the study of bird flight and the theory of arborealism.With the development of restoration technology and art,the accuracy of the restoration of Anchiornis huxleyi has been steadily improved,but from the perspective of paleontological resource revitalization,the restored image of Anchiornis huxleyi still suffers from the problems of fixed and stereotyped restoration image,low artistry of restoration results,and lack of display and promotion of restoration results,and the scientific nature has not been closely integrated with artistry,thus presenting a state of not easy dissemination and poor affinity.After proposing the shortcomings of the Anchiornis huxleyi image modeling,the author searches for the "gray space" between science and art in the Anchiornis huxleyi related research and scientific evidence,and creates the three-dimensional modeling of the Anchiornis huxleyi with the principles of art modeling and expression.In this paper,I have the following ideas for the 3D modeling of the Anchiornis huxleyi.1.Based on the scientific evidence,the soft tissue structure,the influence of male and female,growth sequence and seasonal factors on the feather characteristics,and the dynamics of the habits of the Anchiornis huxleyi,the hypothesis of recovery is made to simulate the life form of the Anchiornis huxleyi and build the basic image of the Anchiornis huxleyi in the author’s conception.2.The application of the rules of formal aesthetics,by relying on the three principles of harmony and contrast,rhythm and rhyme,and unity of change in the rules of formal aesthetics to sort out and summarize the feather arrangement,body shape,and dynamic charm of the Anchiornis huxleyi.Finally,the artistic restoration effect of the dragon meets the requirements of natural and harmonious beauty in accordance with the laws of formal beauty.3.The reference of diversified art modeling,analyzing the principle of how CG art shapes visual tension for creatures,applying it to the modeling reference of the Anchiornis huxleyi,and using the plane composition concept of point,line and surface to give theoretical specification to the artistic shaping of feather structure.4.The artistic exaggeration of the modeling approach,incorporating the exaggerated expression of animation art,creates a three-dimensional image for the Anchiornis huxleyi.In the three aspects of form,color,and dynamics,we create a "character image" of "arrogance" and "magnificence" for the dragon,and give it deeper characteristics with emotion.Finally,we aim to present a fusion of scientific and technical beauty in the three-dimensional modeling of Kintorosaurus.The artistic ideas summarized are integrated into concrete creative practice,providing a modeling reference in the field of artistic restoration of the Nearcticornis,which can be used by future artistic creators for innovative use of paleontological resources.
