At a time when information is rapidly communicated and consciousness is universalized, the works of some art practitioners are becoming more and more homogeneous, either by unconditionally believing in "knowledge" or by surviving without "consciousness",so they are oriented by technocracy, thus losing the ability to reflect and criticize. This leads to the generation of fetishism. The artist’s conceptual consciousness and sensitivity to life is a prerequisite for continuous creative innovation, and Louise Bourgeois(1911-2010)was active as an artist for over 70 years, conceiving and realizing many works until the end of her long life. Her need and willingness to express and understand herself was never-ending,and her art influenced contemporary art practice.Bourgeois was very late in gaining recognition, not only because of her position in the art world, but also because she did not discipline herself with a signature style;the uncontrollable nature of her work, its ever-changing materials and the uninterrupted production of new forms,as well as its constant shifts between abstraction and figuration make her art difficult to define.Such a typically perceptually self-conscious artist became the reason why this essay was chosen as the subject of this study. In order to explore how to accurately express the same creative theme in different formal methods in art creation, and to find a feasible way to continue to innovate, this paper selects one of Bourgeois’ creative themes, which aims to explain the part of her work that deals with childhood trauma. After analyzing her childhood traumas as a source of inspiration,we learn that her creations are mostly inspired by her identity as a woman and the three times she was "abandoned",and she has said that emotions are the main driving force of her creations. These processes are the occurrence of emotions, and Bourgeois applies all the changes in her emotions to her creations as a result of her ability to be influenced and to actively influence others. In analyzing how she uses different emotions to express her childhood trauma in terms of the generation of images, the mobilization of emotions, the properties of media, and the discourse of symbols, and with the help of the theory of emotion,we can find that her works make full use of the fluidity of emotions, and that in the modern art where different genres of movements are changing, she makes her own creation with her sincere heart, and is willing to challenge the mainstream during the period,so that she can achieve one work One look at a time, inexhaustible.Authentic expression and emotional flow allow Bourgeois to constantly reinterpret and critique her artistic practice, and to perceive and reconstruct her individual life,so her creations are always in progress and innovative. At the end of the essay, combined with her personal experience of artistic practice, she concludes that one possible way to continue her artistic practice on the same subject without converging on repetition is to make good use of her own emotional flux and real physical experience to find her own uniqueness.
