In September 2015,The General Office of the State Council issued Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools,which proposed to construct a scientific curriculum system of aesthetic education,greatly improve aesthetic education and teaching,coordinate and integrate school and social aesthetic education resources,and guarantee the healthy development of aesthetic education in schools.On April 21,2022,the Ministry of Education issued compulsory education curriculum plan and curriculum standards(2022 edition),among which the art curriculum standards emphasize: ”adhere to aesthetic education,attach importance to artistic experience,highlight curriculum integration.”Since the 1980 s,Chinese college dance education has gradually integrated into the practice of quality education.Chinese folk dance discipline has become an important part of contemporary Chinese dance higher education.The state attaches unprecedented importance to aesthetic education in schools.Dance aesthetic education plays an important role in cultivating students’ sentiments,improving their comprehensive qualities and promoting their all-round development.As a part of art education,dance education plays a prominent role in the deepening reform of aesthetic education teaching in Chinese national and folk dance classes.Our national culture has a long history,and the abundant cultural elements show humanistic characteristics everywhere.Different ethnic dances have their own special rhythm changes,which are reflected by body rhythm,percussion accompaniment and musical accompaniment.The performance,variability and emotional characteristics of dance rhythm give dance art unique charm.In order to show the beauty of dance and grasp the inner emotion of dance,it is necessary to improve the sense of rhythm of dance.Rhythm training is an indispensable part of dance class.This study firmly grasped the new curriculum reform,quality-oriented education concept,dance aesthetic education and other viewpoints,fully understood the functional role of rhythm in dance,and started with dance rhythm and rhythm training,absorbed advanced foreign rhythm training teaching essence into classroom practice,improved students’ grasp of rhythm,enhanced the interest of dance class,and enriched the teaching methods of dance rhythm of Chinese ethnic folk dance.Promote the popularization of dance.By using the methods of literature,interview,comparative research and teaching practice,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.As rhythm is the link between music and dance,this study realizes the integrated teaching of music and dance,and enriches the teaching practice content and teaching system;2.Rhythm training plays an important role in improving students’ sense of rhythm,dance expression,aesthetic ability and correct grasp of dance style;3.Broaden the horizon of students,understand the national culture,refine the national spirit,give play to the instinct of the body,and then achieve the teaching purpose of physical and mental integration and cultural inheritance. |
