Spatial Development Potential Evaluation And Spatial Planning Of Cultural Tourism Resources In Handan City

Cultural heritage is all the spiritual and material wealth formed by a region or nation in the long-term historical development.With the rise and development of cultural tourism,its unique regional characteristics make it an important tourism resource to attract tourists.Handan is a national historical and cultural city and the capital of idioms and allusions,with profound cultural heritage and numerous historical relics.During the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" period,China will enter the era of mass tourism in an allround way,and the development and planning of cultural tourism resources in Handan City will face new development opportunities.This thesis takes Handan City as the research area,456 tourist attractions and 451 cultural relics protection units as the research objects,takes GIS as the technical means,and comprehensively uses the nearest neighbor index,Ripley K function,kernel density analysis,nearest neighbor hierarchical clustering and other spatial analysis methods to analyze the spatial distribution pattern of tourism resources in Handan City;taking cultural heritage as cultural tourism resources,this thesis constructs an evaluation model for the development potential of cultural tourism resources by using analytic hierarchy process and GIS spatial analysis,evaluates the spatial development potential of cultural tourism resources in Handan,and provides scientific basis and technical support for the realization of cultural tourism development goals in Handan in the new stage.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)In general,the spatial distribution type of tourist attractions in Handan City is cluster distribution,forming a spatial distribution pattern with the central main urban area as the core gathering area and multiple secondary gathering areas around,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of "overall gathering and decentralized development of multiple centers".The spatial distribution type of A-level tourist attractions is random,mainly concentrated in the main urban area,Fengfeng mining area,Wu’an and Shexian.The spatial distribution characteristics of non A-level tourist attractions are similar to all tourist attractions.According to the spatial distribution pattern of A-level and non A-level tourist attractions,the spatial distribution of tourist attractions is mainly affected by the natural environment,human resources and social economy.(2)The overall spatial pattern of cultural relics protection units is characterized by hot in the west and cold in the east.The national key cultural relics protection units form a first-order hot spot in the central main urban area and Shexian County respectively;provincial and municipal cultural relics protection units are mainly distributed in Wu’an,Yongnian,Congtai and Fuxing.In the east,only municipal cultural relics form two firstorder hot spots.The spatial distribution pattern of cultural relics protection units is quite different from the existing tourist attractions,indicating that Handan has a large space for development of cultural tourism resources.(3)Nine indicators are selected from three aspects of tourism resource conditions,social and economic conditions,and natural environment conditions to construct the evaluation indicator system of cultural tourism resource development potential of Handan City,including the spatial pattern of tourist attractions,the spatial pattern of material cultural heritage,the spatial pattern of intangible cultural heritage,tourism reception capacity,traffic convenience,county level financial revenue,slope,water network density,and vegetation coverage.Influenced by various index factors,the development potential of cultural tourism resources in the east and west of Handan City is quite different.The area of the highest potential development zone(first level potential development zone)accounts for 6.11% of the total area of Handan City,mainly distributed in the central main urban area and Wu’an City;The secondary potential development zones account for 17.46%of the total area of Handan City,mainly distributed in Shexian County,Fengfeng Mining Area,the east of Cixian County,Daming County and the east and west of Yongnian District.The area of the third level potential development zone accounts for 32.17% of the total area of Handan City,and its distribution is mostly close to the second level potential development zone.The fourth level potential development zones account for44.26% of the total area of Handan City,mainly distributed in the eastern part of Handan City.(4)According to the evaluation results of the development potential of cultural tourism resources in Handan City,according to its development sequence and resource characteristics,the development of medium and high potential(above the third level)is divided into priority development zones,key development zones and construction development zones,and different development strategies are proposed for different types of development zones: 1)overall planning and overall development;2)Create highquality tourism routes and promote regional coordinated development;3)Increase investment and improve infrastructure.In combination with the spatial distribution pattern of tourist attractions and cultural tourism resources,the thesis proposes a cultural tourism spatial development plan of "one core,two zones,six clusters,one circle,one horizontal and two vertical axes".
