In recent years,great changes have taken place in the social era.Behind these remarkable developments,women have gained more development platforms.They continue to break through themselves in the workplace and life and show their unique values.As a result,many female themed works have emerged.These works have attracted the attention of the society.Not only the number of these works is growing,but also the quality is improving,especially in female themed online dramas.Network drama is a new art form that has grown and developed based on the network platform.It is not only an extension of traditional TV dramas,but also a supplement to traditional TV dramas.From this,it has formed its own artistic characteristics and communication mode.In the female theme network drama works,we can see that the female subject consciousness is rising from the presentation of female images,and the works pay attention to the living conditions and growth of women.The female images in these works are loved by the audience and generate heated discussion in the society,which leads to the social thinking on women.On the one hand,the high-level production of the series and on the other hand,the shaping of the female characters in the drama are indispensable for the female themed online drama to be deeply loved by the audience and get a good audience rating.How to shape and present these female images has become the focus of this paper.This paper will be divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the current situation of women’s online drama,defines the concept of women’s online drama,and analyzes three common types.The second chapter discusses how to present the female image in the female theme network drama from the two aspects of image characteristics and expression techniques,and demonstrates it through some text cases that have won good ratings and the graduation work jasmine with thorns.The third chapter also analyzes the fundamental problems of female images in female themed online dramas through some online drama cases that have attracted social attention and the graduation work "the thorny Jasmine".Behind the creation of female images,there are two major problems: Women’s subject consciousness is still based on men’s identity,and women can not really obtain equal rights under the constraints of society.The last chapter discusses the reasons for the presentation of female images in female themed online dramas,that is,the influence of traditional culture and the compromise to the market environment.
