Research On The Female Image In The Marriage And Love Narrative Of The Domestic TV Series "Female Big And Male Little"

This paper studies the role of 26 " Senior women " and this paper holds that the ability and value of women as the member of society are highlighted in the narrative of love relationship between elder woman and younger man.The strong free will and spiritual awakening that contains a strong sense of feminism causes the public to reconsider this new mode of marriage,and shocks the inappropriate traditional ideas dominated by the patriarchal discourse to a certain extent.However,by analyzing the underlying logic of the narrative,it is found that these Senior women only look like men,failing to get rid of the patriarchal thought that the pursuit of a successful marriage is the ultimate happiness of life.They are still in a weak position in the emotional relationship between men and women,and the creation of role image is based on the aesthetic setting of men.In addition,influenced by the setting of film and television agenda,there is a gap between the Senior woman in TV dramas and those in real life,which is only of reference value for some women.The character image of Senior women is obviously stylized,and the character of Senior women in love is far more than that of Senior women after marriage,presenting three characteristics.First,they have the spirit of dedication.They make hard choices in family and love,and finally choose to sacrifice themselves to help others.The second is to achieve self-growth.Facing the impact of traditional gender concepts and modern feminist thoughts,they gradually achieve personality maturity.The third is the experience of ups and downs,invincible strong woman has had an unfortunate life experience.Most of them are white-collar workers in big cities over 30 years old,with an age gap of more than 6 years between them and Junior men.They are engaged in male stereotyped occupations,perform well in the workplace,and generally surpass Junior men in ability.They occupy a dominant position in the relationship,have a low position in the family,and have a strong family concept.When there is a conflict between family and work,they tend to favor family in most cases.The first chapter combs the development of urban love dramas in China,clarifies the social background and conditions for the love relationship between elder woman and younger man in TV dramas,presents the image characteristics of Senior women as natural person,workplace person and family person using content analysis method,and probes into the different types of Senior woman in love and after marriage one by one.In the second chapter,cultural connotation under the expression is captured through visual symbols,the role image of Senior woman shows women's determination to fight for rights,but it can neither be completely separated from the patriarchal discourse system,nor can it avoid participating in the production of consumer culture as a desire carrier.The third chapter uses the theories of semiotics and narratology to interpret the use strategies of visual symbols,auditory symbols and realistic narrative techniques.On the one hand,it shapes the image of the Senior woman;on the other hand,it focuses on hot topics to highlight Chinese characteristics and export cultural values.In the last chapter,from the perspective of cultural production,the author points out some existing problems in shaping the group image of Senior woman in TV dramas,such as the stereotype of characters,the masculinity of women,exaggerating women's love and marriage anxiety and the absence of marriage scenes.To solve these problems,the author suggests to reduce the impact of the setting of the film and television agenda,create a stereoscopic and comprehensive image of Senior woman to better guide the social reality.
