On The Desire Writing In Zhang Chu's Novel

As a writer who is always based on small towns,Zhang Chu treats and writes the daily life,physical and mental desire of ordinary people in the small town with a equal vision.In the materialized and superficial contemporary life,Zhang Chu insists in deep creation,insists on in-depth exploration of human desire and psychological experience,and shows the common state of life and similar life of human beings.In the expression of "Writing of Desire",Zhang Chu’s novels recovers the core propositions of "people" and returns to the "lyrical tradition" of Chinese literati.Under the description of language,pure style,and narrative strategy that keeps distance from desire,it presents the "post-70s" writer to break through the inherent writing paradigm,showing the new path of "desire writing" in contemporary literature.The thesis is mainly divided into three parts,the first part is the introduction,by sorting out the existing research results of scholars,the introduction points out the necessity to explore Zhang Chu’s desire writing and finds the research blankness of Zhang Chu’s novel.The second part contains the main part of the thesis,it is divided into four chapters,this part discuss the background of small town,spiritual direction,narrative strategy and the inheritance and breakthrough of desire writing in Zhang Chu’s novels,it points out the characteristics of Zhang Chu’s novels that break the binary-opposite narrative of desire and establish a desire world of small town with equal emphasis on poetic and daily life.The first chapter of the thesis specifically explains the restrictions on the formation of desire writing in the unique geographical culture,the experience of life and the structure of space and time in small towns;the second chapter shows the disorders between the desires of the characters and the real environment in Zhang Chu’s novel and the pain caused by it,Zhang Chu describs the critical state of the character at the junction of light and darkness,showing transcendence of spirit in the writing of desire;the third chapter analyzes the narrative perspective and narrative structure of the novel,and explains the characteristics of Zhang Chu’s novel which is "writing desire but purified";the fourth chapter places the desire writing of Zhang Chu’s novels in the contemporary literature field of view,sorts out the uniqueness of Zhang Chu’s desire writing in the contemporary literature and background of the times.The third part of the thesis is conclusion,the conclusion summarizes the characteristics of Zhang Chu’s desire writing again,pointing out that Zhang Chu’s desire writing exceeds the uniqueness of the previous desire writing,while simply describing the shortcomings of his desire writing.
