Wen Zhen,a post-80 s writer,has published six collections of medium and short stories.In her nearly 20 years of novel creation,she has always insisted on writing about the city.As a wanderer of the city,In an experiential way,she keenly observes the modern people living in the city,record the stories happening in every corner with exquisite strokes.Her urban novels show the spirit of the new era and form an important part of urban writing.The paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the author and combs the research status of the topic,and discusses the research ideas and research significance of the topic.The second part is the main body,which consists of four chapters: The first chapter analyzes the writing of urban characters in Wen Zhen’s novels,analyzes the different types of characters such as urban white-collar workers and other weak people in the city,as well as the significance of writers’ sensitivity to their characterization,and clarifies the literary significance of urban character writing.The second chapter discusses the urban space presented in the novel,and analyzes the literary map of Beijing,which is composed of the space representing the prosperous life of modern cities,the space carrying the ideal of classical traditional life,and the space showing the life of urban civilians in the marketplace,as well as the distant cities outside Beijing as a utopia and the hometown in the memory of utopia.The third chapter elaborates the theme expression of Wen Zhen urban writing,which is divided into two kinds: writing human nature and feminism themes through love stories;The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the narrative strategy of Wen Zhen’s urban writing from three aspects: the "poetic" narrative language,the narrative pursuit of "writing at present",and the narrative mode of "breaking and returning to normality".The third part is the conclusion,commenting on Wen Zhen’s creation in the context of the development of contemporary literature,and summarizing the creative value and limitations of Wen Zhen’s urban novels. |
