| "Talent is as important in politics as it is in business",and talents drive the development of society and economy with their knowledge,skills and literacy.However,in the changing time and space environment,the traditional knowledge and skills are gradually weakening because of their timeliness,while the importance of literacy is gradually highlighted.At present,China’s economy is in transition,the traditional financial service model can hardly meet the current economic development needs,which requires the financial industry to accelerate the pace of digital transformation,however,the current financial talent team can not meet the needs of the financial industry transformation,so the financial industry needs to cultivate the talent to adapt to the era of change literacy.Therefore,this paper asks the following questions: What does the literacy of adapting to the era of change consist of? How to cultivate the literacy of adapting to the era of change?Looking back at history,China was in a period of social transformation at the end of the Qing Dynasty,and the financial industry was also facing a situation of change,mainly in the form of the decline of Shanxi draft banks and the rise of new financial institutions such as banks,but the financial industry lacked new talents who could operate banks and other financial institutions.In this context,the managers of Shanxi draft banks became the main body to run banks,such as Qiao Shijie of Baofenglong ticket house who ran Sichuan Junchuanyuan Bank,Chenxun,the general manager of Yuanfengrun draft banks who founded Shanghai Siming Commercial Bank,Wang Zhichen,the manager of Rishengchang Guilin branch,who became the general manager of Guangxi Bank,and Fan Chunnian,the manager of Weishengchang branch,who became the assistant manager of Guangxi Bank.The main reason for this is that the managers of the draft banks had the qualities to cope with the changes of the times.Therefore,this paper takes the literacy of the managers of draft banks and the way they were nurtured as the research theme,with a view to providing new ideas for the cultivation of talents in the contemporary financial industry,and thus promoting the development of the financial industry.This paper takes the letter manuscript of Bank of Guangxi as the basis of historical materials,and uses historical documentary research method and graphical analysis method as the main research methods to analyze the literacy displayed by the draft bank managers in running the Bank of Guangxi,and takes generalization theory,Kellman’s three-stage theory of attitude formation and Ziegler’s theory as the theoretical basis to analyze the reasons for the formation of Shanxi draft banks managers’ transferable ability,sense of responsibility and adaptability,respectively.The paper concludes that the formation of transferable ability is related to the long-term and comprehensive training of the Shanxi draft banks,the formation of the sense of responsibility of the Shanxi draft banks manager is related to the influence of the incentive and constraint system and the culture of the Shanxi draft banks,and the formation of the adaptability of the draft banks manager is influenced by the environment of the Shanxi draft banks.On this basis,this paper extends the vision to the talent cultivation mode of draft banks,and analyzes how Shanxi draft banks cultivate managers’ literacy in four dimensions:cultivation goal,cultivation path,cultivation method and cultivation basis.This paper argues that Shanxi draft banks take cultivating literacy as the core goal,environment construction and system construction as the cultivation basis,combining theory and practice,horizontal and vertical The paper argues that with the core goal of cultivating literacy,the environment construction and system construction as the cultivation basis,the theory and practice combination,the horizontal and vertical combination as the cultivation method,and the "apprentice-partner-manager" as the cultivation path,under the combined effect of cultivation goal,cultivation method,cultivation path and cultivation basis,the Shanxi draft banks manager can promote the ability to migrate,the ability to adapt and the sense of responsibility.This paper takes a look at the history of the times.Taking history as a reference,this paper provides new ideas for the cultivation of talents in the contemporary financial industry from two dimensions: the qualities that talents need to possess in the context of the era of change and the cultivation methods.There are two innovations in this paper.First,the perspective of letter analysis is new.At present,there are few researches on the letters of Guangxi Bank in the first period in the academic circle.Second,the research perspective is new.The academic research on Shanxi ticket number mainly focuses on ticket number system,ticket number culture,ticket number generation and decline reasons,etc.Few scholars take ticket number manager’s literacy as the research object.Based on the historical data of bank letters in Guangxi,this paper analyzes ticket number manager’s literacy and its training mode.The cultivation of talents in the financial industry provides new ideas. |
