| Post-spectral music is the developed form of spectral music.Like spectral music,it pays attention to the writing of sound materials and the shaping of time structure. This kind of creative view that attaches importance to sound and evolutionary time structure has deeply influenced many contemporary composers. The creation of post-spectral music is based on the physical characteristics of sound, pays attention to the timbre and sound effect of music, takes sound materials as writing materials, does not deliberately imitate existing sound materials, but takes timbre innovation as writing purpose, derives the creation value beyond the spectral music itself and provides the analyst with a scientific and objective perspective of analysis. No matter in the field of acoustics or in the concept of traditional composition, pitch(harmony)and timbre are important entry points for the study of sound.Understanding the origin of the concept of timbre and harmony and the relationship between them is an important means and approach for us to further study acoustic and timbre music with post-spectral thinking. Therefore, how to analyze the harmony and timbre of this kind of music work based on acoustic knowledge becomes the research focus of this paper. In this paper, the theoretical conception of "harmony-timbre unity" is used as a tool to analyze post-spectral music, and the pre-spectral(music score)and post-spectral(sound spectrum)analysis of the three works is carried out,and the post-spectral music is studied comprehensively and deeply from the time dimension and the spatial dimension of "timbre-harmony".The aesthetic value of spectral music and its inspiring value for contemporary music creation are further summarized. |
