Young people pursue artistic and stylized lifestyles and engage in aesthetic participation and self-expression not only in traditional art spaces but also in everyday objects,spaces,and events.Understanding this cultural phenomenon of "aestheticization of everyday life" is important for audience research and art management practice.To address this cultural phenomenon,this paper plans two experimental activities,"Art Thinking Space",which focuses on focus group interviews,and "llustrations About Art of Living ",which focuses on visual presentation,based on theories of aestheticization of everyday life and dramaturgical theory.The research adopts grounded theory to explore the ways in which young people in Shanghai engage in arts attendance,arts participation and arts creation,performance in their daily lives,reveal the process of self-identity construction,and build a model of the relationship between arts attendance,arts participation and arts creation,performance.The study finds that the arts attendance and arts participation in daily life is influenced by both internal and external factors from identity,and the arts creation and performance in daily life is influenced by the difference in the way of text encoding and decoding between the producers and the receivers.This study summarizes the characteristics of young non-art majors in Shanghai in terms of their daily life arts attendance,arts participation and arts creation,performance,that is,the duality of daily and non-daily,as well as the characteristics of individual identity construction through daily life arts attendance,arts participation and arts creation,performance,that is,the duality of individualization and socialization.Finally,the study also suggests suggestions for arts organizations and arts managers to increase online arts activities,strengthen the daily life of arts activities,and implement diversified marketing.
