Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Sanya International Music Festival From The Perspective Of Experience Economy

Economic circles generally believe that the era of experience economy has arrived.It is the product of the stage of economic development,and people are more willing to pay for experience.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,tourism has become an important part of people’s leisure life.Tourism is booming under this opportunity and plays an important role in enriching people’s spiritual world,promoting economic development and increasing employment.As a kind of tourism product,festival tourism,with its distinctive experience attribute,conforms to the characteristics and laws of experience economy.As an important coastal tourist city on Hainan International Tourism Island,Sanya’s tourism development is crucial.However,the traditional romantic seaside,tropical rain forest and other natural scenery can no longer meet the tourist demand growth.Therefore,Sanya International Music Festival,as a typical representative of festival tourism,has made an important attempt in the development of Sanya tourism.From the perspective of experience economy and festival tourism,it is of great significance to study the development status of Sanya International Music Festival,analyze the existing problems,and give countermeasures and suggestions.With the help of experience economy theory and festival tourism theory,this paper studies Sanya International Music Festival by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.First of all,the internal relationship between experience economy and festival tourism is analyzed in terms of relevant concepts and theories.There are similarities between experience economy and festival tourism in many aspects such as core concepts,participants’ performance,etc.Secondly,the emergence and development of Sanya International Music Festival was investigated.Sanya International Music Festival came into being in the bottleneck period of Sanya’s tourism development,and has received strong support from the government.From the perspective of the three sessions held at present,it has made relatively excellent achievements.Third,the tourism experience of Sanya International Music Festival is defined,including the music quality,dance beauty,group interaction,theme experience,etc.in the experience of the music festival itself;Traffic,security,consumption,medical care,hygiene,etc.in the music festival related experience.Fourthly,the audience of Sanya International Music Festival were investigated and analyzed on their experiences.The study found that Sanya International Music Festival has provided high-quality experience in music,dance beauty,group interaction,public security,etc.In terms of music production,we have invited international superstars and top production teams to provide excellent experience for the audience;In terms of security,good public security in China has played a key role,and the government has also given strong support in terms of security.Poor experience in theme design,transportation,travel cost,sanitation,infrastructure,etc.It reflects the deficiencies in the experience,talent reserve,balance of relevant interests,etc.of holding festivals.The results show that Sanya International Music Festival has made certain contributions to the promotion of Sanya’s tourism brand,opening the way for Sanya’s tourism to change from a traditional sightseeing style to a more experiential and participatory one,which is a positive attempt of Sanya’s tourism product innovation.According to the development law of the music festival,the people of Sanya International Music Festival are still at the initial stage,and there must be some problems in the development.In view of the bad experience of Sanya International Music Festival,combined with the experience economy and festival tourism related theories,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: First,the government departments should improve the construction of talent team,strengthen the support for enterprises,coordinate all relevant departments,and let the dividends of the music festival benefit the general public;Second,the undertaking enterprises should create a distinctive theme,optimize the profit model and rectify the order on the site.
