The Characterization Of The Male Lead In The Musical To Evan Hansen

As a musical theater actor,his highest task on the stage is to create characters.In a musical,with the deepening of the plot and the intensification of contradictions,the inner growth of the characters is reflected in the changes of thoughts and emotions,reflected in different songs.The singing methods should be adjusted,reflected in the external body,and should be adjusted with the singing.How to perform accurately in different situations,not only to ensure the singing of the same characters,to distinguish from other roles,but also to adjust the singing style at any time to reflect the fullness and details of the characters,is the difficulty to be solved in this paper.This time,this paper will take the musical "to Evan Hansen" singing five songs as an example,from the music analysis,text analysis,character values analysis,singing methods and body,to explore the male one in the different stages of contradictions,emotional tendency and psychological changes,and externalization,so to achieve the purpose of shaping characters,at the same time to the musical actors provide some personal perspective and ideas.
