Research On The Barrier-free Environment Construction Of Public Art Exhibition Space

In recent years,China’s socialist process has made significant progress,and how to ensure equal and free participation of social members in social life has become a hot topic of social discussion.The construction of an accessible environment has also become an important focus of attention.In recent years,China has made certain achievements in the accessibility of public spaces,but with the continuous development of society,some problems have also been exposed.Although the public art exhibition space is open to all,there are still many audiences who are blocked by invisible obstacles.How to make the obstacles in the public art space barrier free? The discussion and research on these key issues will promote the construction of barrier free environment in the public art exhibition space.This paper combs the relevant definitions and development status of barrier free environment construction in China,analyzes the diversified practice cases of barrier free environment in public art exhibition space at home and abroad,and discusses the necessity of barrier free facilities,barrier free services,and information barrier free environment construction in public art exhibition space.Firstly,this article takes the government led public art space in Chengdu as the basic unit of research,with the construction of an accessible environment as the starting point.It conducts a systematic survey of the current situation from three parts: accessible facilities,accessible services,and information accessibility,and identifies the problems currently existing in the construction of an accessible environment.Secondly,this article analyzes the diverse practices of building accessible environments for art spaces or institutions both domestically and internationally,starting from three aspects:accessible facilities,accessible services,and information accessibility.The system analyzes and draws on the advanced concepts and experience methods of building accessible environments from diverse practice cases.On this basis,it explores and puts forward optimization suggestions and strategies for the construction of barrier free environment of public art exhibition space in Chengdu.Establish a coherent,systematic and closed-loop barrier free environment to achieve the overall improvement and development of the barrier free environment construction of public art exhibition space.This paper aims to explore how to improve the accessibility of public art exhibition space,and provide reference for the construction of accessibility of public art space in Chengdu.
