Barrier-free recognition system is by solving people visual clutter, reduce its blind action in public space, finally achieve the optimization of space application. It through different environment cater to the tastes of the different cities, and divided into different recognition system, some by symbol recognition, some can use color to distinguish, some by qualitative judgment, and some can be obtained through interaction, with the continuous development of society, more and more expression recognition system through setting up the mapping in all aspects of the urban public space, for the majority of the population with unlimited convenience. The concept of \ "barrier-free identification\" is not to make things complicated, but in order to more systematic sort out and realize the recognition system accessibility value significance of existence in the public space."Barrier-free identification" in public space are discussed in this paper, emphasized the inclusiveness of the space, through the recognition system of humanized design, reasonable division, the space for people place oneself among them to reduce the blindness of spatial cognition. This paper starting from the concept of "barrier-free identification", attention to the development of the recognition system, based on its application in the public space, put forward some design countermeasures conforms to the present society. Discussed along with the advance of science and technology, intelligent life slowly approached, bring infinite convenience to people, also entered the public space, these seemingly small but unlimited potential, will make our life more colorful, the ever-changing information technology used in the design of the recognition, breaking the original pattern, means more visual culture language will appear, will make the public space of barrier-free design development to a higher level of space.
