Research On Information Visualization Design Of Spicy Cultur

The introduction of chili into China since the Ming Dynasty has profoundly changed the face of Chinese food culture.Especially in recent decades,chili has almost become the symbol of modern Chinese food.The development of pepper in China is a historical epitome of the "influx of American crops into China",which has profound material and cultural significance.Through reading the relevant literature,we found that under the current trend of spicy food and the environment of multiple new media,the dissemination of spicy culture information among groups at all ages faces greater challenges.Through the analysis and research of the relevant theories and documents of information visualization,it is known that information visualization has the advantages of rich visual language,wide information presentation and diverse media,and is very suitable for the dissemination and promotion of spicy culture.In this topic,the author comprehensively searched and combed the origin and spread of chili and a series of cultural forms derived from chili,and then gradually conveyed the spicy cultural information to the readers by using diversified charts,visualized graphics and emotional colors,combining with various visual rhetoric techniques such as contrast,personification,repetition,and so on,so that more people could pay attention to the cultural connotation behind the "chili".It is also hoped that the above research and design practice will play a certain role in promoting the spread and development of Chinese food culture.
