Under different regional cultural background,people’s body movements are different,which is of great significance for shaping animation characters.Animation art of different countries,in the early stage of its birth,is influenced by the understanding of their own culture on body movements or other art forms of cultural homology,forming a unique way of production and their own style,dealing with the relationship between body movements and role building.Since the development of animation art,cross-cultural communication and creation have become more and more frequent.Hollywood and Japanese animation often borrow resources from the treasure house of Chinese culture.Therefore,the "cultural expression error" in character building often appears.Chinese animation characters created abroad often do not conform to the cultural habits in body movements,so that the role performance is not credible.Too much use of American and Japanese animation style,as well as the lack of attention to body movements,led to the same problem of local animation characters.In shaping Chinese animation characters,first of all,we should avoid the complete Disney style actions and the complete Japanese industrial performance forms in the form of action.We should pay attention to the role’s posture action design to suit the general behavior habits of Chinese people.
