| China and Korea are adjacent to each other,and the two countries are closely related in political,economic,cultural and other aspects;Geographically,it faces each other across Tumen River and Yalu River.Such closely related and connected geography has led to the continuous crossing of the border between China and Korea without permission in history.Therefore,the border issue between China and Korea has become one of the important topics of academic research.As far as the national policy is concerned,the Qing Dynasty and the Korean government strictly prohibited unauthorized military and civilian personnel from crossing into each other’s territory.However,the illegal entry of Korean border people into the territory of the Qing Dynasty continued,and the event that Chinese people crossed the border to Korea in the Qing Dynasty also occurred frequently;It has gradually become the norm to deal with the Chinese and Korean border people who cross the border illegally.In different periods,China and Korea have different ways of management,and the trial system is also evolving.The collection of diplomatic documents of the Korean Dynasty,Tong Wen Hui Kao,has a more detailed record of the above matters(see the "fanyue" part of the book).This article focuses on the "fanyue"(called "yuejing" in this article)data contained in Tong Wen Hui Kao,and summarizes the handling procedures and trial models of the two countries to deal with cross-border incidents by analyzing these cross-border crime cases.At the same time,combined with the historical background and political pattern of the two countries at that time,explore the motives of border crossing between the two countries,and on this basis,analyze the impact of cross-border events.There are four sections in the article:The first chapter first introduces the meaning and content of the.First,the research value of the Tong Wen Hui Kao was expounded;Then there is a simple definition of the crossborder incidents collectively referred to in the whole text;Finally,the content of the crossborder incidents such as the number of occurrences,the time of occurrence,the place of household registration,and the destination of the cross-border incidents are sorted out.The second chapter analyzes the causes of the cross-border incidents of border residents in the two countries.Combined with the contents of the previous chapter,the various motives for the cross-border incidents are elaborated from the four aspects of historical background,natural conditions,national policies and social economy.The third chapter deals with the negotiations between the two countries arising from the forbidden and repeated cross-border incidents between the two countries.The first section takes the specific cross-border incident as an example and summarizes the handling procedures of China and Korea.The second section describes the changes in the procedures for handling cross-border incidents at different times.The third section describes the frequent and important acts of envoys and the transmission of documents in the negotiations between the two countries.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the impact of cross-border incidents on China,Korea and both sides from three perspectives,and always adheres to the perspective of dialectical development to look at the impact of cross-border incidents between the two countries.Finally,the significance and value of this study are summarized,and the future related research is prospected. |
