Research On Ethereal Sound(Leling) From User Perspective

Since 2000,China has entered the aging era and the degree of population aging has been deepening year by year.At the same time,the words internet and aging are increasingly appearing side by side.In order to help the elderly better integrate into digital life,the national level actively promotes the “Special Action for Internet Application Aging and Barrier-Free Transformation”;At the enterprise level,based on the middle-aged and elderly groups,directly hit the pain point of demand,and launched digital products suitable for the elderly.The development of network audio suitable for middle-aged and elderly groups is not only in line with the current social environment and national policies,but also a road to network entry based on the group’s own conditions and media usage habits.However,the improvement of the existing head audio products for this group is only a simple aging adaptation,and there are only two audio products that are truly tailored for the middle-aged and elderly groups.The study of the development of this type of audio platform,its advantages and improvements is not only conducive to the development of the vertical audio field,but also of great significance to the construction of the aging society in the Internet era.This paper selects Ethereal Sound(Leling)with the background of “national team” as the research object.Based on the user’s perspective,this paper analyzes the current development dilemma of Ethereal Sound(Leling)through questionnaires,literature research and interviews,and puts forward suggestions for breaking the situation.Preface of the thesis briefly present the study background,research intent and significance,literature overview and the research methods.The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts.The first part sorts out the current development of Ethereal Sound(Leling)and makes a simple comparison with another elderly audio platform Leling Tingshu;The second part is an introduction to the questionnaire survey,which is carried out from three aspects: user portrait,user behavior and user attitude;The third part is based on the survey data in the second part to analyze the problem existing in the development of Ethereal Sound(Leling),including a departure from user psychology,insufficient attention to Internet publicity channels,content homogeneity lack of distinctive characteristics,free mode unsustainable but no mature profit model and platform of some function is yet to be optimized,such problems as lack of ease;The fourth part puts forward corresponding improvement strategies for the problems existing in Ethereal Sound(Leling)to better meet the needs of users and create a happy senior experience.Under the current aging social background,this paper studies the “young” Ethereal Sound(Leling),which can help the platform continuously improve its functions and make it more targeted and humanized.It also hopes to help the network audio industry provide richer and high-quality content and services for the middle-aged and elderly groups,so that users can really enjoy the happy senior experience.
