The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly stated that we should "deepen mass activities to build spiritual civilization, carry out extensive volunteer services, and promote the normalization of activities to learn from Lei Feng." Nowadays,China’s voluntary service is facing both opportunities and challenges.Voluntary behavior is not only an effective way to help citizens solve social problems, but also a powerful force to assist the government to solve social problems. In the primary stage of socialism today,we need to explore the role of voluntary service in solving social problems. Therefore, the study of volunteers’ voluntary behavior has positive promoting significance for the effective development of volunteer service activities, and is conducive to the development of a harmonious society.Existing research shows that the psychological capital, volunteer motivation and role identity all have a significant impact to volunteer motivation, volunteering,as the dependent variable, this study volunteers psychological capital as the independent variable, introducing volunteer motivation and role identity variables, based on the personality theory, motivation theory and role identity theory,on the basis of reading related literature, put forward the five categories of possible research hypothesis,The four variables were measured using mature scales and questionnaires at home and abroad, including positive psychological capital questionnaire, volunteer motivation questionnaire, role identity questionnaire and voluntary behavior questionnaire.A total of 323 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0,AMOS and other analysis software were used to analyze the questionnaire data, and the results showed that :(1)volunteers’ psychological capital positively predicted their volunteer behavior, that is,volunteers with positive personality traits(self-efficacy,resilience,optimism,hope)were more inclined to participate in volunteer activities.(2)Psychological capital positively predicts volunteer motivation.(3)Voluntary motivation positively predicts voluntary behavior, and different voluntary motivations have different promoting effects on individual voluntary behavior.(4)Voluntary motivation plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and voluntary behavior.Psychological capital can directly affect the occurrence of voluntary behavior, and indirectly affect voluntary behavior through voluntary motivation.(5)Role identity moderates the relationship between psychological capital and volunteer behavior, and the intensity of the impact of psychological capital on volunteer behavior is moderated by role identity. Finally, based on the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward for the effective development of volunteer service activities: Firstly, from the perspective of individuals, volunteers should improve their psychological capital, cultivate volunteer motivation and enhance volunteer role identity;Secondly, from the organizational level, voluntary organizations should provide diversified volunteer activities to meet the needs of people with different volunteer motivations.Meanwhile, volunteer recruitment and training mechanisms should be improved in volunteer management. Finally, from the social level,we should establish the necessary incentive mechanism of volunteer service, publicize the volunteer spirit, create the volunteer atmosphere, and guide the occurrence and sustainable development of volunteer behavior.
