A Study On The Moral Education Value Of Xingyiquan In Shanxi Escort’s Martial Arts In The Ming And Qing Dynasties

Under the background of education in the new era,China advocates the educational concept of "Building Morality and cultivating people",and puts forward to vigorously carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture and integrate the socialist core values into the whole process of national education.Therefore,moral education has become the content of all members of society to participate in learning.Under the influence of Confucian culture,traditional martial arts culture,escort agency culture and Shanxi Merchant Culture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Shanxi traditional martial arts Xingyiquan formed its own unique educational thought.It is a spiritual guide for Xingyi disciples to cultivate themselves and temper their character.After the reform and creation of Xingyi boxers in previous dynasties,Xingyi boxing still has a certain moral restraint on the current Xingyi disciples.The educational thought of advocating martial arts and morality and taking righteousness as the first is one of the main reasons why Xingyi boxing can be inherited and famous at home and abroad.The main content of this study is to integrate the educational value of traditional Xingyi boxing with the moral education in the new era.Fully excavating and sorting out the moral education value of Xingyi boxing and providing cultural resources and development ideas for the realization of the current educational goal of "Building Morality and cultivating people" in China is a realistic path to carry forward and inherit Chinese traditional moral education culture and traditional Wushu culture.This paper uses the research methods of literature,field investigation,oral history and expert interview to study the paper,obtains effective information by reading and translating ancient literature,investigating Taigu County,Shanxi Province,the birthplace of Xingyi boxing,visiting the inheritors of Xingyi boxing,traces the development process of Xingyi boxing,and analyzes the moral education value contained in Xingyi boxing,This paper discusses the content of how the moral education value of Xingyiquan and the concept of moral education in the new era develop together.The specific contents include the following three parts:The first part deeply discusses the moral education value of Xingyi boxing,the martial arts of the escort agency,by analyzing the ancient form and meaning spectrum,inheriting the generation order,fighting movements,character deeds and so on;Uphold justice,punish evil and promote good;Defend the land,resist humiliation and strive for strength;Be polite before the soldiers,and win by wisdom.The second part discusses the common content of moral education thought in Xingyi boxing and the concept of moral education in the new era.The main manifestations of moral education value in Xingyi boxing in the new era include: being loyal to the country and resisting foreign aggression;When the road is rough,draw a knife to help;Morality is the most important,don’t hurt harmony;The ideological and moral qualities of humility,comity and respect for teachers are set against the educational concepts of "patriotism,prosperity,democracy,equality,justice,justice,harmony,friendliness,rule of law,civilization,love of post and dedication" advocated by the socialist core values in the new era,which can promote the people’s moral and cultural cultivation.The third part puts forward the inheritance path of the moral education value of Xingyiquan under the background of moral education in the new era: create a new platform for Wushu think tank and broaden the channels of education and communication;Give full play to the educational function of new media and promote the development of Wushu industrialization;Establish a hierarchical inheritance space to realize the rational utilization of resources;Change the unitary teaching mode and promote the common inheritance of martial arts and rites.At present,China’s emphasis on Strengthening Ideological and moral construction is not only a requirement for citizens’ moral quality and cultural literacy,but also a necessary preparation for building a harmonious society and striving for a civilized city.Under the influence of regional culture,Confucian culture and traditional martial arts culture,Shanxi Xingyi boxing has bred the moral education thought with Shanxi characteristics.It vividly shows the character characteristics of Shanxi people,such as bravery and courage,tenacity and unyielding,diligence and intelligence,loyalty,righteousness and benevolence.It is a concrete manifestation of practicing Chinese traditional virtues and carrying forward traditional excellent culture.Combined with the current educational concept of "morality first" in China,through the excavation and refinement of the moral education value of Xingyiquan,it provides reference value for the construction of moral education system in the new era.
