Interrogative sentences are sentences in which the speaker asks the listener questions and asks the listener to answer.In any language,interrogative sentence is an indispensable sentence type,which occupies a very important position in daily communication and is frequently used.In addition to the general questioning function,Korean interrogative sentences also have many special speech act functions according to the context.Korean learners can communicate naturally and freely only when they master the different speech act functions of interrogative sentences.In order to enable learners to correctly understand interrogative sentences and properly express their intention according to the context,so as to improve their communication ability,this paper will make statistics on the distribution of different types of interrogative sentences in Korean teaching materials,then analyze the speech act function of various types of interrogative sentences,and put forward suggestions for interrogative sentence teaching according to the problems in the process of learning interrogative sentences in Korean learning through questionnaire survey.Firstly,this paper makes statistics on the distribution of different types of interrogative sentences in Korean textbooks.The concept and types of interrogative sentences are clearly combed theoretically.From the perspective of the types of interrogative sentences,different scholars have different classifications of interrogative sentences.By comparing the previous studies on the types of interrogative sentences,this paper classifies interrogative sentences into six types: judgment,explanation,selection,confirmation,rhetoric and request interrogative sentences.On the basis of this classification,the interrogative sentences in Yonsei Korean(1-4),Seoul University Korean(1-4),Neo-Classical Korean(Intensive Reading Course)(1-3)and New Century Korean Intensive Reading Course(1-4)are counted according to types.After statistics,it explains each type of interrogative sentences respectively,and looks for typical examples in the textbook for specific analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the interrogative sentences in Korean textbooks from the perspective of speech act theory.This paper explains the concepts of speech act theory and language function,and discusses the necessity of analyzing interrogative sentences from the perspective of speech act theory.The main function of interrogative sentence is to explore the unknown and obtain new information,but in practice,in addition to the questioning function,it can also perform a variety of non interrogative functions.Based on the classification of interrogative sentences,this paper analyzes the speech act function in different types of interrogative sentences.The various speech act functions contained in various interrogative sentences in the textbook are described in detail,including simple question,intention,confirmation,speculation,providing information,exclamation,command,request and co movement.It also discusses the grammatical elements to realize these speech act functions,such as final word,adverb,negative expression,syntactic expression and so on.Different speech act functions have different grammatical forms.Finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for the teaching of interrogative sentences.Based on the speech act function of different types of interrogative sentences in Korean textbooks,this paper uses the DCT questionnaire survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey on learners.Through the questionnaire survey results,this paper analyzes the degree of Chinese Korean learners’ mastery of the speech act function of different types of interrogative sentences,and puts forward reasonable teaching suggestions for learners’ problems in the learning process.The main teaching methods used are inquiry learning,grammar centered and inter language comparison.It is hoped that learners can correctly understand interrogative sentences and properly express their intention according to the context of the situation,so as to improve their communication skills.It is also hoped that it will be helpful to Korean interrogative sentence teaching in the future.
