Research On The Operation Of "Eastern Suburb Memory" Industrial Heritage From The Perspective Of Customer Experience

In the process of urban industrial transformation,some prosperous industrial plants in the past are facing the fate of reform and relocation.These industrial plants have witnessed the development of urban civilization and industrial culture,are the carriers of industrial spiritual culture,and are the common memory places of urban residents.The relics of these plants are a precious industrial heritage,bearing the spirit and unique memories of industry.Under the background of continuous urban reform and renewal,the sustainable operation of industrial heritage has become an important practical issue.The development of theme museums,public rest spaces and creative parks is the main operation mode of industrial heritage at present.Eastern Suburb Memory is a typical example of the transformation of industrial heritage in the eastern suburbs of Chengdu.The integrated development with the creative industrial park has been realized in the eastern suburbs.However,as the pioneer representative of Chengdu’s industrial heritage tourism development and cultural and creative industries,Eastern Suburb Memory has encountered many practical problems in the operation process,such as fewer tourists and poor operation,and has not really achieved the effect of publicity and development.From the perspective of customer experience,this paper studies the operation mode of Chengdu Eastern Suburb Memory Industrial Heritage.First of all,by using the methods of literature research,field survey,interview and questionnaire survey,the author visited and sorted out the existing industrial heritage of Eastern Suburb Memory;Secondly,by sorting out and analyzing the experience results of visiting customers on the four dimensions of memory environment,emotion,service and consumption in the eastern suburbs,the main problems in the operation process of memory industrial heritage in the eastern suburbs are summarized;Thirdly,in view of these problems,by drawing on the experience of successful operation of industrial heritage projects at home and abroad,as well as the current situation that the current epidemic situation has caused heavy damage to the cultural and tourism industry,combined with the current actual operation situation of Eastern Suburb Memory,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies for the current operation mode of Eastern Suburb Memory,hoping to provide a useful reference for the sustainable operation of industrial heritage.
