| In recent years,with the gradual progress of China’s new curriculum standard reform process,the relevant educators have had a further deep understanding of the classroom teaching content.In terms of high school English,with the promotion of the new curriculum standard task and the new requirements of the education reform,in order to better implement the education reform,the front-line teachers need to be constantly practicing through the curriculum.Therefore,in order to achieve high-quality English classroom teaching and better achieve the various requirements of the new curriculum standard reform,English teachers need to constantly improve their teaching competence.In addition,in recent years,with the attention of our country in the field of education,around the area of private education has sprung up,in various regional private education gradually got the people’s attention,parts even known as the education "half",has become an important force of high school education in our country,also has made outstanding contributions to the education development of around.As far as Yunnan region is concerned,the standard public education has become the basic education requirement of private high schools.In order to do this,it is necessary to study the competence of private high school teachers in an overall planning,find out the problems in the development process and propose solutions.The paper mainly combines the 100 teachers from 4 private high schools in Yunnan Province,to explore the competence of English teachers in private high schools on the basis of questionnaire survey method,hierarchical analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert evaluation method.On the basis of collecting the theories related to job competency at home and abroad,this paper establishes a competency evaluation index combined with the English teachers in private high schools.The first-level indicators include knowledge ability,professional ability and job responsibilities and motivation.In the secondary indicators,knowledge ability includes three secondary indicators,namely,educational background,educational knowledge and professional knowledge;professional ability includes six secondary indicators,namely,scientific research ability,teaching ability,innovation ability,communication ability,information teaching ability and educational inspiration.Job responsibility and motivation include dedication,health,confidence,dedication,innovation and change,sincerity,responsibility and achievement.On the basis of evaluating the competence of 100 private high school English teachers,the case analysis,group analysis and overall analysis model are established.The feasibility and reliability of the model are all verified.Through the competency evaluation,it is found that the English teachers in private high schools have some deficiencies in different indicators.It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper,it can provide a reference for improving the competence of senior high school English teachers,and it can effectively improve the students’ English level. |
