| On March 11,2011,a 9-magnitude earthquake with the largest magnitude in history occurred in the sea area of northeast Japan,which triggered a huge tsunami and a serious nuclear leakage accident.The sudden disaster has had a negative impact on Japan’s economy,politics and even the ecology of the whole country.The long-term harm of continuous aftershocks and nuclear leakage has brought incalculable physical and mental trauma to the people in the disaster areas.More than ten years after the earthquake,the long-term turbulent political situation and the difficult recovery plan have plunged the people into a spiritual black hole.After World War II,Japan once again revealed the symptoms and forms of "post-traumatic society".After March 11,a group of young directors who insisted on writing the trauma of March 11 suddenly emerged in the Japanese film world.Their works either take March11 as the narrative background,or use metaphor to write disaster fables,or deeply reflect on the disaster from a critical standpoint,or always explore the images of healing the trauma in the post disaster era.These works are both the image historical materials of witnessing the post disaster society,It is also the image carrier of trauma symptoms in the post-3.11 era.With the title of "symptom expression and trauma narration of the new generation of Japanese directors in the post-3.11 era",this paper expounds the influence of 3.11 on the creation of the new generation of directors and their multidimensional writing of 3.11 trauma and the ultimate purpose of healing trauma under the framework of trauma theory.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction summarizes the research status and significance,trauma theory and so on;The first chapter mainly expounds the definition and social background of the post-3.11 era and its influence on the creation of the new generation of directors;The second chapter mainly expounds the representation form and type expression of 3.11 memory in the works of the new generation of directors;The third chapter analyzes the trauma narration of the new generation directors from two aspects: text and image;The fourth chapter connects the cultural resonance between trauma narrative and post-traumatic society,highlighting the cultural significance of trauma narrative of the new generation of directors. |
