Research On The Status And Development Of Cultural Aging In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Active Aging

The Party and the State have always attached great importance to the health of the whole population.China has already achieved a moderately prosperous society and the health and elderly services have been basically guaranteed,and more attention should be paid to the multi-level and diversified spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.Guilin is the city with the most serious population ageing within the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Under the perspective of positive ageing,how to let the elderly achieve a sense of enjoyment,learning and action in old age,and have a higher quality and richer life in their later years is an issue that deserves our attention.In this context,this paper takes the elderly in urban communities in Guilin as the research object,uses the theory of positive ageing,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of continuous activities in old age as the theoretical support for this paper,and adopts questionnaire research method,interview method and literature research method to conduct research,through analysing the current situation of cultural old age and the participation of the elderly in cultural old age,the influencing factors,needs and satisfaction in Guilin city,as a way to The research investigates the problems of cultural pension services in urban communities in Guilin,finds the causes and proposes feasible countermeasures,so as to promote the sustainable development of cultural pensions.The research found that the following problems exist in Guilin’s urban community cultural pension service: single community activities for the elderly,and the diverse needs of the elderly are not met;cultural pensions present a unitary colour,which is not conducive to giving play to the subjective initiative of the elderly;low public awareness,which makes it difficult to reach a higher level of satisfaction;insufficient human resources for cultural pension work,which limits the development of the cultural pension cause;and a single source of funding for cultural pensions,with insufficient financial support and a lack of flexibility in the way it is used.The problems arise mainly because: the role of the community in the cause of cultural ageing is not fully played,the needs of the elderly are not properly understood,there is a mismatch between supply and demand,there is insufficient empowerment of the community,insufficient empowerment,insufficient promotion of the concept of cultural ageing in the community;the influence of traditional material ageing as well as the family way of ageing;the lack of a mechanism to train and attract professional service personnel for cultural ageing;insufficient policy support,weak participation of social organisations,imperfect policies and regulations on cultural ageing,insufficient financial support and lack of participation of social organisations.Based on the above problems and reasons,the following development strategies are proposed: to actively play a leading role in the community to achieve precise supply;to grasp the needs of the elderly for cultural elderly care,to promote the concept of cultural elderly care deep into the hearts of the elderly groups,to integrate social resources and improve the efficiency of resource use;to promote the new era filial culture of "filial piety and respect for the elderly",to establish the concept of material and spiritual We will also promote the new-age filial culture of "filial piety and respect for the elderly" and establish the concept of dual material and spiritual support for the elderly in the family;improve the training mechanism and build a professional talent team for community cultural elderly services.We will combine long-term training with short-term training,select outstanding community managers,raise salary levels and improve incentive mechanisms;increase policy support for cultural elderly care and develop multi-channel financial support.Improve policies and regulations on cultural elderly care,increase funding for cultural elderly care and encourage the participation of social forces.
