| Social Development,the progress of the times,our living environment is changing day by day,the demand that comes along with it is also higher and higher,education is always the hot topic that we pay close attention to and pay attention to,train the application type talented person is also the focus of education,the vocational and technical education has been paid more and more attention along with the educational reform,which has brought some changes to the teaching design and curriculum content of the secondary vocational education,but there are still some problems,this article will be based on the Western OBE education concept(based on results-oriented education)and full-time N school preschool professional teachers of ethnic folk dance to elaborate the practical experience.By“Transplanting” the OBE educational concept into the ethnic folk dance classroom of the specialty of early childhood care,this paper aims to provide feasible teaching methods and effective cases for the teaching of ethnic folk dance of the specialty of early childhood care,to set a clear direction for the employment of students majoring in early childhood care,to meet the demand for employment and the demand for talents in the market,and to perfect the students’ learning paths and teaching skills of ethnic and folk dance after employment,training professional ability and practical ability of a solid application-oriented talent,thus promoting the whole preschool professional folk dance teaching quality.This paper is divided into five parts to provide a new teaching perspective for the teaching of ethnic folk dance in the specialty of early childhood care:The first part is a basic introduction to the principle and connotation of the OBE concept,and an analysis of the current situation of the OBE concept at home and abroad,at the same time for the next argument to lay a theoretical foundation.The second part is taking n school as an example,aiming at the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teaching of ethnic folk dance in the specialty of child care in N School,through the survey of N School,the teacher strength,as well as the curriculum design and the teaching material investigation,analyzes its ethnic folk dance teaching existence question and the difficulty,uses the questionnaire survey,the interview method and so on to its ethnic folk dance teaching present situation and the student study present situation as well as the employment plan,to investigate the current situation of employment and make a specific analysis.The third part is about the mode construction of implementing the OBE concept in the teaching of ethnic folk dance in the specialty of child care,flexible use of diversified teaching methods,according to the situation of students teaching,the concept of OBE will be carried out in early childhood care professional folk dance teaching implementation,and finally a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching.The fourth part is the final presentation of the OBE concept in the practice of teaching ethnic folk dance in the specialty of early childhood care,and the use of reverse teaching to carry out the design and teaching of reverse course,through the analysis of the dance works,we can improve and perfect the construction of the current ethnic folk dance teaching curriculum and teaching design for the specialty of child care,to provide effective assistance for the employment needs of students majoring in early childhood care.The last part is through the author’s own practice of traditional teaching and OBE teaching to carry out a comparative investigation and analysis of the two,the conclusion of the final results and the problems in OBE teaching are suggested and reconsidered in the hope of providing effective help for the teaching of ethnic folk dance. |
