Inheritance And Feedback: Research On The Communication Of Filial Piety Culture In People’s Daily(2013-2020)

Since the word "filial piety" appeared in Yin and Shang Dynasties,filial piety has played an important role in the development of Chinese civilization.It is a cultural phenomenon developed on the basis of kinship in family organizations.Based on filial piety,filial piety culture has gradually developed.It plays a historical role in cultivating self-cultivation,integrating families,serving the country and dedication,condensing society and shaping culture.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China’s relevant reports on "filial piety" have increased year by year.Especially after the entry of the elderly’s day into the law at the end of 2012,the publicity and reports of the mainstream media have formed a certain climate and constantly constructed a new era memory for the filial piety culture.This paper studies the filial piety culture reports of the people’s daily from 2013 to 2020,takes "collective memory" as the research theoretical support,and uses the content analysis method as the research method.The researchers cut in from the perspective of communicators,and clarify the research status of filial piety culture and the media characteristics of filial piety culture of the people’s daily through literature reading and content analysis.Then it studies the mainstream writing law and connotation construction path of the official authoritative media people’s daily,takes this as the foundation,reflects on the underlying logical chain and era value core of its mainstream writing and connotation construction,and discusses the impact of the official mainstream media environment on the collective memory of filial piety culture.The study found that in the past eight years,the people’s Daily has formed a relatively complete reporting cycle on filial piety culture.Firstly,it finds out the phenomenon and pays attention to the actual situation between the elderly and young people.Secondly,report the filial deeds of special groups.Look back at the classics again and add the details of filial piety cultural memory with literary and artistic works.Then return to the present,take care of the reality,take the urban and rural people and moral models as the key reporting subjects,and write the current situation of filial piety cultural memory under the background of the new era.Finally,it settled in practice,taking individuals,enterprises and social organizations as the main reporting objects,and using the cultural connotation of filial piety written in the early stage to guide practice.On the whole,it expounds the connotation of "filial piety","gratitude","responsibility","upward" and "goodness" to the general public,but behind the above expression,it metaphors that the connotation that the mainstream media really want to express is "inheritance" and "back feeding".
