Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Level Of The County In The Transitional Space Of Mountain,River And Sea In Guangxi For SDGs

The transitional space of mountain,river and sea is a unique and complex geographical space formed by the interaction of natural geographical processes and human activities with mountains,rivers and coastal zones as carriers.The development and evolution of land and land systems are characterized by outstanding complexity and difference,and the development imbalance between social economy and resources and environment is also very prominent.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the sustainable development level of county in the transitional space of mountain,river and sea in Guangxi and explore the paths of sustainable development of county in different levels.Based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)and the develop ment status of the transitional space of mountain,river and sea at county level in Guangxi,the evaluation index system for the sustainable development of the ransitional space of m ountain,river and sea at county level in Guangxi was constructed.The relevant socio-econo mic development statistics,urban construction data and remote sensing image data from 2006 to 2020 were used.With the help of Excel2010,SPSS19,Arcgis10.2 and Geo Da softwa re,literature research method,entropy method,coupling coordination degree,spatial auto-corre lation analysis method and hierarchical clustering method were used to explore the compl exity and interaction of the mountain river sea transition space,and make quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the sustainable development level of each county in the transiti onal space of mountain,river and sea in Guangxi.Put forward relevant sustainable developme nt countermeasures for different development levels of county types.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive sustainable development level of the study area is constantly improving,the gap between the sustainable development level of each county is widening,and the growth rate of the overall sustainable development level shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The sustainable development level of each county presents a spatial pattern of low in the west and high in the southeast.The degree of increase gradually presents a low increase in the west and a higher increase in the central region.The sustainable development level of all subsystems in the study area showed an upward trend and the growth rate first increased and then decreased,among which the development level of economic development subsystem and social livelihood subsystem was higher,while the development level of resources and environment subsystem was lower,and the development level index of each subsystem was imbalanced.The spatial distribution of each sub-system in county is different.The sub-system of economic development is similar to the comprehensive sustainable level,which is high from central to southeast,low in west,and high in southeast and low in northwest.The subsystem of social livelihood increased from the west to the southeast,and the northwest and southeast had higher growth.The resource and environment subsystem was higher in the west,higher in the southeast and lower in the south,and the increase rate was higher in the west and central and southern regions.(2)The level of development coupling coordination among subsystems in the study area is increasing,but it is still at a low level of primary coordination.The degree of agglomeration in the study area increased first,then decreased,and then increased.The high-high aggregation area belonged to the county of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,while the low-low aggregation area basically belonged to the county of Karst mountain area.The change degree of high-high aggregation area was dispersed from the central to the south,and the low-low aggregation area gradually spread to the periphery,and the outliers are Youjiang District and Binyang County.(3)The sustainable development level of each county can be divided into six types,namely,the type of coordination and balance between economy,society and resources and environment,the type of coordination and balance between economy and resources and environment,the type of imbalance of resources and environment,the type of coordination and balance between economy and resources and environment,the type of social lag,the type of coordination and balance between resources and environment,the type of economic lag.The balance of resources and environment,the type of economy-society lag and the type of economy-society-resource environment are simultaneously in the unbalanced state.According to the characteristics of different types of counties,the best measures should be taken according to local conditions to promote the sustainable development of counties.
