Evaluation And Zoning Research On Rural Regional Function In Beiqinfang Area Of Guangxi

With the acceleration of industrialization,great changes have taken place in the relationship between urban and rural areas and between man and land.Due to the concept of "priority city" in resource allocation between urban and rural areas,a series of problems have arisen in rural areas.There are differences in the factors of production in different regions,fierce competition among regions,unbalanced economic development in rural areas,and low agricultural production efficiency,which make it difficult for the development of rural areas in Beiqinfang to rise.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct evaluation and functional zoning research on rural regional functions in Beiqinfang area,which can provide decision support for promoting the rural revitalization strategy.By constructing the evaluation index system of rural regional function in Beiqinfang area,the function evaluation of ecological conservation,agricultural production,forestry production,fishery production,tourism and leisure,and residential space is carried out in the rural area of Beiqinfang.On the basis of the evaluation,the rural areas of Beiqinfang area are divided into single-function areas and multi-function areas according to the local conditions.The single functional areas are ecological conservation functional area,agricultural production functional area,forestry production functional area,fishery production functional area,tourism and leisure functional area,and residential space functional area;multi-functional areas are ecological conservation-forestry production functional area,ecological conservation functional area-Tourism and leisure functional area,agricultural production-tourism and leisure functional area,forestry production-tourism and leisure functional area,residential space-tourism and leisure complex functional area.Research indicates:(1)According to the evaluation results of rural regional functions in Beiqinfang area,it is found that the distribution of the evaluation results of each function has different characteristics.The more important areas for ecological conservation functions and the first-level areas for tourism and leisure functions are mainly distributed in Fangchenggang City;the first-level areas for agricultural production functions,forestry production functions and residential space are mainly distributed in Qinzhou City;the first-level areas for fishery production functions are mainly distributed in Beihai City.(2)The distribution of rural regional functional zones in Beiqinfang area is affected by natural conditions such as topography and landforms.Ecological conservation functional zones and related composite functional zones are mainly distributed in the southwest;agricultural production functional zones and related composite functional zones are distributed in the southwest.The western and central areas are flat;forestry production functional areas and related composite functional areas are mainly distributed in the northwest,fishery production functional areas are mainly distributed in the southern coastal areas;tourism and leisure functional areas and related composite functional areas are mainly distributed in nature reserves,Forest parks,geological parks,scenic spots,etc.;the functional areas of living space are mainly distributed in the original settlements and their vicinity.(3)The results of rural regional functional zoning in Beiqinfang area are basically consistent with the current development status of rural areas.The proportion of ecological conservation functional areas in Haicheng District of Beihai City is relatively large;the proportion of agricultural production functional areas in Hepu County and Tieshan Port District is relatively large;the proportion of tourism and leisure functional areas in Weizhou Island and Xieyang Island is relatively large;the agricultural production in Yinhai District is relatively large.The proportion of functional areas is relatively large;the proportion of forestry production functional areas in Dongxing City,Fangchenggang City is relatively large;the proportion of ecological conservation functional areas in Fangcheng District and the port area is relatively large;the proportion of forestry production functional areas in Shangsi County is relatively large;The proportion of agricultural production functional areas and forestry production functional areas in Pubei County,Qinbei District and Qinnan District is relatively large.(4)According to the distribution characteristics of each functional area in Beiqinfang rural area,put forward development suggestions.The ecological conservation functional area needs to carry out ecological protection to prevent the destruction of the ecosystem;the agricultural production functional area can make use of the high-quality arable land resource conditions,combined with the advantages of agricultural production,to promote the healthy
