A Study On Landscape Screen Poems In Song Dynasty

Screens,as daily utensils in ancient life,have a long historical tradition.As early as the pre Qin period,screens had become an expressive element in literary creation.With the development of literary life and landscape themes among literati,landscape landscapes have gradually been combined with screens,becoming popular objects of appreciation and chanting among literati.During the Wei,Jin,and Northern and Southern Dynasties periods,Yu Xin’s "Twenty Four Poems on the Painting Screen" showcased his exquisite depiction of the landscape scenery on the screen,opening up the tradition of literati describing landscape screens.In the Tang Dynasty,literati created more landscape screen poems,reflecting the many functions of landscape screens in daily life.In the Song Dynasty,the improvement of screen making techniques and the improvement of Song people’s aesthetics further promoted landscape screens to become essential items in Song people’s daily home life.In addition,the elegant aesthetic taste of literati in the Song Dynasty extended to all aspects of daily life,resulting in a large number of landscape screen poems.These landscape screen poems formed an important component of the Song Dynasty’s poetry on objects.This article takes the landscape screen poetry of the Song Dynasty as the research object and is divided into five parts: The introduction part discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,research status at home and abroad,research methods,and the concept of landscape screen poetry,clarifying the academic value and significance of studying landscape screen poetry.The first chapter mainly traces the historical origin of screens,clarifies the evolution of screen forms in history,analyzes and explains the history of the combination of landscape painting and screens,and analyzes the germination and development of landscape screen poetry.The second chapter explores the creation overview and conditions of landscape screen poetry in the Song Dynasty.The creation of landscape screen poetry is influenced by the social,political,and economic factors of the Song Dynasty,and is also related to the social trend of elegant communication among literati in the Song Dynasty.The third chapter discusses the theme presentation and emotional writing of landscape screen poetry in the Song Dynasty.In their landscape screen poems,Song people depicted artificially painted landscape scenes,including two types: the mountains and rivers in the north and the beautiful and warm mountains and rivers in the south.Natural stone screen landscape scenes were also the object of attention and description by Song people.The poet infused complex thoughts and emotions into the landscape screen poetry of the Song Dynasty,with thoughts of seclusion in the forest and spring,feelings of nostalgia for the homeland,and even worries about the current national situation.The fourth chapter explains the artistic characteristics and aesthetic spirit of the landscape screen poetry of the Song Dynasty.The fifth chapter mainly explores the Song style cultural spirit conveyed by the landscape screen poetry of the Song Dynasty,including two aspects: the Song people’s attitude towards seeing things while forgetting their form,as well as their pursuit of elegant life.
