| Assessment literacy is one of the skills that teachers need and must have.Language assessment is an important skill to assess the teaching competence of an international Chinese language teacher and affect their teaching quality.Nowaday,there is not much research on the language assessment ability of native teachers.Therefore,this study hopes to investigate the current situation,improve the assessment literacy ability,and find out related influencing factors,along with measurements to advance the skills of Vietnamese teachers.Our research subjects include native Chinese teachers in Vietnam,through survey questionnaires and in-depth interviews addressing the following three issues.Firstly,what is the current situation of the assessment literacy of native Chinese teachers in Vietnam?Secondly,what factors affect assessment literacy of native Chinese teachers in Vietnam?Third,what measures should be applied to improve the assessment literacy of native Chinese teachers in Vietnam?First,complete the theoretical framework using research based on previous research results,combined with the characteristics of native Chinese teachers in Vietnam,supplementing and perfecting the theoretical framework including three aspects:assessment knowledge,assessment skills,and assessment concepts.Next,conduct a survey and evaluate it based on the above-mentioned theoretical framework and compiled "The survey to investigate the language assessment ability of native Chinese teachers in Vietnam".Then use item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis to evaluate the survey.Next,analyze the survey.Based on 318 collected data,through data analysis methods such as test on reliability and validity,descriptive statistics,pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression,the analysis results show the current situation of the language evaluation ability of the native Chinese language teachers in Vietnam,along with relevant influencing factors.Finally,based on the above data analysis,the study selected ten people to conduct more in-depth Q&A,reaffirming the above status quo and giving relevant comments.The research results are as follows,first,the characteristics of the language assessment ability of native Chinese language teachers in Vietnam can be summarized into three categories:understanding knowledge,fluent implementation,critical judgment,and orthodox concept and is a group of young teachers with potential,and at the same time,also shows weaknesses that need to be overcome such as lack of uniformity,lack of normativeness,lack of creativity and lack of efficiency improvement.Next,through a series of data analysis skills,factors that influence all aspects of language assessment,including Chinese proficiency and teaching experience are revealed.Finally,the research is mainly based on teachers,schools,and future research,which raise relevant contributions. |
