The Application Of Blank Space In The Performance Of Traditional Erhu Music

Blank is a kind of artistic expression and one of the traditional Chinese aesthetic thoughts.In all kinds of art forms,there are some blank spaces,which contain profound thoughts of traditional Chinese art aesthetics.Blank space is not only the“Nothing” but also the “Light”.It combines the representative thoughts of Taoism--simple and Wu Wei.The technique of blank-keeping attracts the practice of the artists of all ages with its profound effect.The artistic works created by using the technique of blank-keeping also contain other artistic conception.This thesis is divided into four parts,the first chapter is to study the presentation of blank space and how to use it in music,the second and third chapters take the autumn moon in the Han palace and the reflection of the Moon in the two springs as examples to illustrate,autumn Moon in the Han Palace is a work on the theme of palace resentment.The autumn moon in the Han Palace analyzed in this paper is the edition of Jiang Fengzhi,specification for spectral writing.“Reflections of the Moon on the spring” is a representative erhu piece,written by Blind Abing.It is deep but not inflexible,with a flicker of hope for beauty in its anger,the emotion of the passage is gradual.In these two chapters,the two tracks are used as carriers,this paper expounds the forms,methods and effects of the use of silence from the perspectives of rest and breath in silence and the techniques of left and right hand in silence The fourth chapter of the thesis is combined with the above-mentioned research and analysis of specific tracks,this paper expounds the necessity of the technique of blanking in the performance of erhu traditional works,and further explores whether the technique of blanking can be applied to other erhu music works.This paper breaks the thinking pattern of the technique of blank,and makes the use of blank more suitable for the expression of music.Through the two examples of playing skills,try to comb the use of blank techniques,and sum up the system.I hope this article can Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem to attract more erhu players to pay attention to and reflect on the technique of blank space.
