The sheng is the oldest wind and reed instrument among our ethnic instruments.It was recorded as early as 3,000 years ago in the Yin and Shang Dynasties.After thousands of years of evolution and development,it has evolved from the original 13 and 17 reed traditional sheng to the current 24 reed and 36 reed improved sheng.With the development of the shape and system of the sheng,the development of sheng music is more prosperous and more diversified.In this paper,the Dai Village Customs was written by the composer Mr.Wang Huizhong in 1986.It is a piece of 36 reed key Sheng with quite ethnic style.The author will analyze the creation background,musical structure,mode characteristics,playing skills and music style of this piece from the following aspects.The stylistic characteristics and artistic expression techniques of this work are expounded,hoping to help the majority of sheng lovers to better understand this work with several ethnic charm,and to further explore its artistic value in learning and playing. |
