In the post poverty alleviation era,China has begun to implement a comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.On the one hand,to prevent the occurrence of phenomena such as returning to poverty and secondary poverty;On the other hand,relying on institutional advantages,we can help people in "relatively poor" areas not only obtain material wealth,but also receive high-quality spiritual supply.Under this background,it is particularly urgent to solve the problem of "poor subculture" in these areas by a better way.Empowering rural revitalization through cultural and artistic means is one of the feasible paths.Cultural and artistic participation in rural construction has a century of history,but in practice,successful cases of art empowering rural areas cannot be directly replicated in various rural areas.Therefore,in order to carry out work more efficiently,It is necessary to sort out historical experience from the perspective of "Dao" and find a universal operational path.In 2022,six ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism jointly issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Empowerment of Cultural Industries in Rural Revitalization" The cultural industry empowers rural revitalization with basic action guidelines that can be followed.On this basis,it is an urgent practical issue to attach importance to the participation of farmers as the main body and multiple parties,and effectively mobilize their enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity.In the face of various problems in the "supply" and "acceptance" of the current cultural and artistic participation in rural construction,this paper selects "performing arts" as the practice carrier,with the goal of achieving "common prosperity",through the organizational mechanism of the existing village first secretary,integrate resources,optimize supply,innovate paths,rely on the empowerment of the performance industry,and establish a dynamic "anti poverty cultural isolation belt",Consolidate the work of poverty alleviation through the work of "supporting intelligence",activate endogenous motivation,deeply cultivate spiritual prosperity,and ultimately achieve the goal of rural cultural revitalization of "harmonious and beautiful countryside".
