Young people are prosperous and prosperous,while young people are strong and strong.In the new era,young people in China are shouldering heavy responsibilities.This means that college students should not only make achievements in their studies,but also be physically and psychologically strong.However,judging from the main characteristics of current college students,they generally show a high level of education,active thinking,lack of experience and hard-working spirit in a difficult and complicated environment,and some only-child college students show the characteristics of weak will,poor consciousness,tenacity and self-control.In his speech at a forum with outstanding youth representatives from all walks of life,the General Secretary mentioned that a little more beating,setbacks and tests in youth is conducive to a good life.Enlighten life with the lessons learned from setbacks,so that life can be sublimated and surpassed.Frustration education is one of the important contents of teenagers’quality education in the new period,which is complementary to physical education.Therefore,this study attempts to integrate frustration education into sports dance teaching,design a sports dance teaching scheme with the goal of improving college students’ frustration tolerance under the guidance of the educational concept of frustration education,and verify its influence on college students’ frustration tolerance through experiments,thus providing a new idea for physical education class Cheng Sizheng.In this study,we will conduct research using research methods such as literature survey methods,questionnaire survey methods,and educational experimentation methods.two public sports dance classes of grade 2021 in Minzu University of China were selected as experimental classes and control classes,respectively,for a 16-week teaching experiment.The experimental class adopted the sports dance teaching scheme with the goal of cultivating college students’frustration tolerance as the guidance,while the control class adopted the conventional sports dance teaching scheme,and used SPSS23.0 software to process and analyze the data,draw conclusions and put forward suggestions.The results are as follows:1.There is no significant difference between gender,grade,place of origin and whether the only child is an only child and college students’ frustration tolerance(P>0.05).2.Whether you have been trained in a certain sport for more than two years has a significant difference with college students’ frustration tolerance(P<0.05).3.There is a significant difference between the level of physical activity and the frustration tolerance of college students(P<0.05).4.There is a significant difference between general self-efficacy and frustration tolerance of college students(P<0.05).5.The teaching plan of sports dance,which is guided by the concept of frustration education and aimed at cultivating college students’ frustration tolerance,has significant differences in the internal thinking and external behavior of students in the experimental class(P<0.05)6.There is no significant difference in the internal thinking and external behavior of the students in the control class by the routine sports dance teaching scheme(P>0.05).7.After the experiment,the students’ general self-efficacy in the experimental class and the control class improved obviously,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The conclusions are as follows:1.Physical activity and general self-efficacy both have a positive effect on college students’ frustration tolerance,and physical activity also improves students’general self-efficacy.2.The teaching plan of sports dance,which is guided by the concept of frustration education and aims at cultivating college students’ frustration tolerance,has a positive influence on the cultivation of college students’ frustration tolerance.
