Loujian(1554-1631)was a calligrapher in Jiading area of Ming Dynasty,whose "work calligraphy" was recorded in Ming history Later generations recorded his calligraphy at that time,"the ruler of the book,the inch of the bamboo slips,the struggle for transmission and purchase" However,there are only academic studies on his literary achievements,but no attention has been paid to his calligraphy field.Through the systematic combing and analysis of Loujian’s calligraphy theory and calligraphy works,this paper hopes to make a more comprehensive reference for people to study calligraphy in Ming Dynasty.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces Lou Jian’s life and friends.Specifically,it divides the three dimensions from the study between the youth and the elders in the same town,the extensive accumulation of study abroad in the youth and the drunken mind,meditation and joy in the middle and late years.The second part is a study of Lou Jian’s mathematical achievements.Through systematic sorting and analysis of his handed down works,it analyzes his aesthetic trends and creation propositions in different stages of calligraphy art and different styles,among which Lou Jian’s cursive script is the most important part.Lou Jian’s overall writing style is pale,which also reflects his own personality.By the third part combines Lou Jian and wu Yu’s books,respectively from the book,creation and criticism three propositions about his learning ideas for research.The main point of view is true and complacent,Tongchang-timely.Through his literary theory,it is not difficult to find that Lou Jian had understood the essence of calligraphy in the later period,and the theory and practice had reached a harmonious unity.The fourth part is about the value of blood transfusion between buildings.It mainly discusses Lou Jian’s "Practical Value of book learning thought" and "Aesthetic value of calligraphy art",objectively understands Lou Jian’s title at that time,further dialectically analyzes his achievements in book learning thought and calligraphy creation practice,and then discusses the value of his calligraphy in Ming Dynasty.And the value and inspiration for our contemporary writing.
