Research On The Creation Strategy Of Character Documentar

As an art form characterized by documentary and artistry,documentary is a very important type of expression in film and television creation.The character documentary has received wide attention by recording people’s life experiences,living conditions and emotional expressions.Like other documentary types,character documentaries follow the pace of the times and constantly seek more novel and rich expressions in the creation.In the theoretical exploration,the research on the creation strategy of character documentaries is also constantly enriched and improved.After paying attention to the remarkable achievements in the construction of rural spiritual civilization in recent years,the graduation work "Chuan Artists in Laoba District" takes Li Shuhua,the leader of the literary and artistic performance team in Kuang Village,Pingyuan County,Shandong Province,and Li Shubin,the film projectionist,as the main subjects,and records a group of elderly Chuan Artists with an average age of about six or fifteen years old,bringing joy to the nearby villagers through the way of literary and artistic performance and film screening.On the land of the war zoned "old eight districts" left by the Anti-Japanese War,the artists retained the revolutionary memory by singing old songs and showing classic films,and brought spiritual food for farmers in the context of the development of the new era.Through in-depth analysis and objective summary of literature and excellent works related to the creation strategy of character documentaries,this study systematically explores the creation strategy of character documentaries using research methods such as case analysis and text analysis.This study consists of five parts.Firstly,it sorts out the concepts and classifications related to the creation strategies of character documentaries,and summarizes them into three categories: historical celebrities,ordinary small people,and special people;Secondly,it emphasizes the primary position of characterization in the creation strategy of character documentaries.Deeply explore the specific methods and applications of content composition,formal skills,and molding values in character modeling,including the composition of character modeling content composed of character conflicts,the externalization of the character’s inner world,and the humanistic care value of character images,the formal skills of character modeling formed by building character viewpoints,achieving molding unity,and other methods,as well as witnessing the progress of the times,exploring individual destiny The value strategy of portraying characters to express emotions;Thirdly,explore the important position of narrative strategies in character documentaries,including truthful and objective narrative concepts,flexible and variable narrative structures,and narrative elements composed of multiple fusion narrative perspectives,as well as narrative techniques composed of storytelling,defamiliarization,and poetic imagery;In addition,it elaborates the specific application of long shot,empty shot,and close-up shots in the lens language of character documentaries,as well as the simultaneous sound,voiceover,and background music in the sound language in the audio-visual presentation strategy of character documentaries;Finally,based on the current stage of character documentary creation and theoretical research,this article deeply summarizes the development trend and problem reflection of character documentary,and puts forward limited innovation path suggestions.Through relevant research,it aims to better promote the creation of character documentaries in the future,and contribute to the improvement of theoretical research on character documentary creation strategies.
