Joseph Maurice Ravel(1875–1937)was a prominent French composer of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.His works cover a wide range of subjects,with piano works playing a forefront.While strictly following the classical music rules,his creations are very individualistic,using unique techniques to create unique musical language and forms,forming his own unique style.The La Valse is one of Ravel’s important representative works,including symphonic works,double piano works and solo piano pieces.Rhythmic,rich in texture,varied timbre and difficult technique,this work is both elegant and wild,harmonious and turbulent,and has excellent audiovisual effects.At the same time,against the background of World War I,it also gave the world a profound wake-up call.It is both glamorous and beautiful.Through the study and analysis of the performance technique of the solo piano piece "La Valse",he combined the symphony score and the piano solo score with his own practice experience,and compared the similarities and differences between them.By analyzing the total symphony score,the influence of symphonic factors on all aspects of the solo piano works,such as the division of phrases,timbre and dynamics,and at the same time,with the help of the symphony score,we deeply explore the performance skills of the solo piano piece,so as to maximize the original appearance of the music,so that the gorgeous and colorful acoustic effects are fully displayed on the piano.By summarizing the composer’s life,creative style and background of Ravel’s "La Valse",this paper analyzes the composition structure and musical style of the work,and explores the performance techniques and techniques in combination with the symphony score,hoping to provide a certain reference in the actual practice and performance process. |
