Research On Surrealist Metaphor In Experimental Animation Creation

The experimental animation aims to use innovative techniques and revolutionary viewpoints to subvert the form of traditional animation.Animation is used to get rid of the shackles of static art logic space and realize the extension of the picture in the space to show works that are beyond the current aesthetics.Under the influence of surrealism,experimental animation has innovated in terms of creative concepts,forms and techniques,and has also profoundly affected the trajectory of commercial animation.In recent years,experimental animation has become very popular in the animation field,and more and more creators have begun to devote themselves to the creation of experimental animation.This paper aims at exploring the deeper performance of experimental animation under the surreal metaphor,tries to use the surreal metaphor to apply the creation of the experimental animation,and uses the surreal metaphor to construct the experimental animation plot.It enriches the textuality of the experimental animation itself,and shows the artistic characteristics of unique surrealist metaphors.This paper expounds the metaphorical techniques of surrealism in experimental animation from four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly focuses the background,research significance,research status,research methods.The use of surrealism metaphors,as a new direction for the breakthrough of experimental animation,is also highlighted.The second part is the theoretical elaboration of surrealism and experimental animation,mainly explaining the characteristics,connotations and creative meanings of current surrealism and experimental animation,and elaborating on surrealism and experimental animation.The third part is the application of surrealist metaphor in the creation of experimental animation.The fourth part is the creative practice,starting from the animation work "Mask Man" created by the author.Creative concepts,overall design,artistic characteristics and other contents are fully expounded so as to express the author’s perception of the application of surrealist metaphors in experimental animation.Through the elaboration of four parts,this paper explores new ways of surrealism and experimental animation,and hopes to use this research to strengthen the innovation of surrealism in experimental animation.
