In modern China,due to the opening of treaty ports,the Western powers continuously dumped various commodities into China,and flour was one of them.The entry of many foreign brands into the Chinese market has caused a great impact on the flour industry in China and inhibited the development of local flour mills to a certain extent.In order to resist the monopoly of foreign flour on the local market,while improving the quality of flour,national manufacturers began to pay attention to the design of trademarks,trying to distinguish local flour from foreign flour,and promote the publicity and sales of local flour by promoting the trend of domestic goods movement.In this context,many flour trademarks with Chinese traditional cultural connotation have emerged one after another.In order to adapt to the Chinese market,foreign powder also takes the initiative to adopt the popular patterns and patterns in the trademark design of Chinese people,and some Chinese brand flour trademarks also boldly learn from foreign powder,and the trademark design shows a strong style of the integration of Chinese and Western culture.One with distinctive characteristics of The Times and national characteristics of the trademarks together,constitute the development of the Republic of China flour life history and social history.Therefore,this thesis takes the flour trademark in modern China as the research object,starts from the design characteristics of the trademark,combined with the social development of modern China,and carries out a specific discussion on the design characteristics and cultural connotation of the flour trademark.The first chapter of the thesis firstly summarizes the research background and status quo of flour trademark design in modern China,respectively from the works,dissertations,journals,foreign research status,key difficulties and innovation points.The second chapter takes the history of Chinese flour culture as the topic,expounds the agricultural history and noodle culture of ancient and modern China,and narrates the development of flour market and sales propaganda.The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of flour trademark design in modern China,including the external form of the trademark,the main design of the trademark and the design style of the trademark.In this thesis,the external form of the trademark is studied from the three angles of material,shape and color,and then the main design of the trademark is classified and sorted out.Finally,the design style of the flour trademark is summarized.The fourth chapter analyzes and studies the traditional culture contained in trademarks from two aspects of material culture and spiritual culture through case analysis,taking the design trend of thought and technological revolution as the two research contents under the influence of foreign culture.At the end of the chapter,the expression form of flour trademark design under the collision of Chinese and Western culture is further expounded.The fifth chapter mainly points out the two printing techniques used in the production of flour trademarks,namely,plate printing and block printing,according to the external characteristics of flour trademarks.The sixth chapter is the summary of the thesis.Through the study on the design of flour trademark in modern China,it captures its distinctive characteristics of The Times and national characteristics,and tries to show the uniqueness of flour trademark design in modern China,as well as the rich cultural connotation and wise wonderful design shown by the integration of Chinese and Western culture.
