| In the new era, cultural heritage tourism has been entrusted with the important task of cultivating cultural confidence and inheriting excellent traditional culture, becoming a popular tourism lifestyle, and seeking authentic experiences has become an important tourism motivation. In recent years, cultural heritage sites have narrowed the gap between serious cultural heritage and the public through tourism live performances, immersive experience tours, and other ways."Museum fever" and "intangible heritage fever" have become a common trend. However, the relationship between cultural heritage and tourism has been controversial for a long time.Does the commercialization of culture necessarily bring about"false reality"?Currently, research on the authenticity of cultural heritage tourism has become a hot topic.Tourists are no longer tourists in the traditional sense, but rather give full play to the creativity of the main body, pay more attention to psychological feelings and self value realization, and work together with the destination to reconstruct meaning and create value, which has an important impact on the sustainable development of the destination. There is insufficient research at home and abroad on the impact of tourist authenticity on tourist citizenship behavior, and few scholars have explored how authenticity affects tourist citizenship behavior through destination psychological ownership from the perspective of human-land relations. In view of this, this study proposes several considerations:By experiencing the authenticity and heterogeneity of cultural heritage sites, integrating into the life of the heritage site and feeling the true self, will tourists’ physical and mental involvement treat the destination as their distant "home"?Will it deepen the emotional connection between people and the earth? And then realize the transformation from "tourist role" to "citizen role"?In this paper, tourists in Lijiang Ancient City are taken as the survey sample, and 387 questionnaires are collected through online questionnaire distribution.SPSS26.0 and AMOS20.0 are used for reliability and validity analysis, road test and intermediary utility test. The final results show that:(1)Tourist authenticity perception has a significant positive impact on destination psychological ownership.(2)The existential authenticity in tourism authenticity has a significant positive impact on place attachment, and the impact of object related authenticity on place attachment needs to be mediated by the destination psychological ownership.(3)The destination psychological ownership has a direct positive impact on tourist citizenship behavior.(4)The destination psychological ownership has a positive impact on place attachment, and local attachment has a positive impact on tourist citizenship behavior. The destination psychological ownership will have a positive impact on tourist citizenship behavior through the intermediary of place attachment.(5)The destination psychological ownership and place attachment are the intermediary bridges between tourism authenticity and tourist citizenship behavior playing a chain intermediary effect. Finally, this study discusses the implications of specific industrial practices, the limitations of the current study and the future research directions, with a view to providing some reference for a deeper relationship between authenticity and tourist citizenship behavior.Using the ABC Attitude Model as the framework, and based on the theories of psychological ownership and social exchange, this paper constructs a chain mediated model of "Authentic perception-Destination psychological ownership-Place attachment-Tourist citizenship behavior".This study, based on tourists’ true perception, divides it into two dimensions:object related authenticity and existential authenticity, and explores the internal psychological mechanism of the impact of true perception on tourist citizenship behavior. This study introduces destination psychological ownership into the research field of tourist citizenship behavior, clarifies the path and mechanism of destination psychological ownership, and broadens the related research on psychological factors in tourist citizenship behavior research. This study combines literature to discuss the implications of specific industrial practices,as well as the limitations of current research and future research directions,in order to provide reference opinions for the sustainable development of destinations. |
